Claims (7)
- 투명한 기판상에 주사전극선과 신호전극선이 매트릭스 상으로 배선되고, 주사전극선과 신호 전극선에 의하여 구획된 부분에 투광성의 화소전극이 설치되고, 주사전극선 및 신호전극선과 화소전극이 스위치소자를 거쳐 접속되어 있고, 화소전극의 상방에 액정이 설치된 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치에 있어서,화소전극의 가장자리부를 따라 화소전극과 전기적으로 접속된 차광성 도전층이 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치.
- 투명한 기판상에 주사전극선과 신호전극선이 매트릭스 상으로 배선되고, 주사전극선과 신호 전극선에 의하여 구획된 부분에 투광성의 화소전극이 설치되고, 주사전극선 및 신호전극선과 화소전극이 스위치소자를 거쳐 접속되고, 화소전극이 절연층을 거쳐 기판상에 설치되고, 화소전극의 상방에 액정이 설치된 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치에 있어서,화소전극의 가장자리부를 따라 화소전극과 전기적으로 접속된 차광성 도전층이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치.
- 투명한 기판상에 주사전극선과 신호전극선이 매트릭스 상으로 배선되고, 주사전극선과 신호 전극선에 의하여 구획된 부분에 투광성의 화소전극이 설치되고, 주사전극선 및 신호전극선과 화소전극이 스위치소자를 거쳐 접속되고, 화소전극이절연층을 거쳐 기판상에 설치되고, 화소전극의 상방에 액정이 설치된 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치에 있어서,화소전극의 연부에 화소전극과 전기적으로 접속된 차광성 도전층이 설치되고, 화소전극과 기판과의 사이에 설치된 절연층중에, 차광성도전층과 기판과의 사이에 위치하여 화소전극과 전기적으로 절연된 차광용량 도전층이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치.
- 투명한 기판상에 주사전극선과 신호전극선이 매트릭스 상으로 배선되고, 주사전극선과 신호 전극선에 의하여 구획된 부분에 투광성의 화소전극이 설치되고, 주사전극선 및 신호전극선과 화소전극이 스위치소자를 거쳐 접속되고, 화소전극이 절연층을 거쳐 기판상에 설치되어 이루어지고, 화소전극의 상방에 액정이 설치된 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치에 있어서,화소전극과 기판과의 사이에 설치된 절연층중에, 화소전극 주연부와 기판과의 사이에 위치하여 화소전극과 전기적으로 절연된 차광용량 도전층이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,차광용량 도전층이 독립 전극선의 일부로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치.
- 제1,2,3하 또는 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,차광도전층 또는 차광용량 도전층의 적어도 한쪽이 화소전극의 전주에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치.
- 제1,2,3항 또는 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,액정의 상방에 블랙 마스크가 설치되고, 이 블랙마스크에 화소전극과 차광도전층과 차광용량 도전층의 적어도 하나에 대응하는 크기의 개구부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시장치.
