Claims (7)
- 변속단을 선택하기 위한 변속선택수단(11)과, 상기 변속선택수단(11)의 전기적 신호에 의해 유압을 발생시키기 위한 유압공급수단(12)과, 상기 유압공급수단(12)에 의해 구동축(13)의 동력을 변속하여 출력축(14)으로 전달하도록 상기 구동축 기어(15)와 항시 맞물리는 다수개의 변속기어(16)와 4륜구동기어(17)를 구비한 변속수단(18)과, 브레이크의 작동시 해당 변속기어(16)를 해제시켜 동력이 차단되도록 이루어진 반자동 변속기를 구비한 차량에 있어서,상기 구동축 기어(15)에 항시 맞물리도록 출력축(14)에 설치되어 상기 구동축 기어(15)의 회전방향을 바꾸어 상기 출력축(14)에 전달하기 위한 제동기어(20);상기 구동축(13)으로부터 전달되는 동력이 연결/차단되도록 상기 제동기어(20)를 제어하기 위한 제동기어 구속수단(30);상기 각 변속기어(16)를 제어하는 각각의 변속기어 구속부재(16A)와 상기 4륜구동기어(17)를 제어하는 4륜구동기어 구속부재(17A)와 상기 제동기어(20)를 제어하는 제동기어 구속수단(30)을 작동시키기 위한 작동수단(40);차량의 속도 신호를 수신하여 수신된 속도가 설정값 이상이고 브레이크 페달(60)의 조작을 감지하는 조작감지부(52)로부터 조작신호가 수신되면, 해당되는 변속기어(16)의 동력전달이 차단되도록 한 후에, 상기 4륜구동기어(17)와 제동기어(20)에 의해 각 바퀴(70)가 역회전되도록 상기 작동수단(40)을 제어하기 위한 마이컴(50);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반자동 변속기를 구비한 차량의 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제동기어(20)는 상기 출력축(14)에 고정 설치되는 1차 선기어(23);상기 1차 선기어(23)에 외접되도록 형성된 다수개의 1차 유성기어(24);상기 1차 유성기어(24)에 내접되도록 형성된 2차 선기어(25);상기 2차 선기어(25)에 외접되도록 형성된 2차 유성기어(26);상기 2차 유성기어(26)에 내접되도록 형성되고, 상기 구동축 기어(15)와 항시 맞물리도록 외주면에 기어이가 형성된 링기어(27); 및상기 1차 유성기어(24)와 2차 유성기어(26)가 각각 축설되고, 상기 제동기어 구속수단(30)에 의해 회전이 제어되는 캐리어(28);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반자동 변속기를 구비한 차량의 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제동기어 구속수단(30)은 상기 캐리어(28)의 외주면에 접촉되는 패드(32), 상기 패드(32)를 수용하는 이동구(34), 상기 이동구(34)와 패드(32) 사이에 설치되어 상기 패드(32)에 탄성을 부여하도록 된 탄성부재(36)로 이루어진 지지부재(38); 및상기 작동수단(40)에 의해 전,후진 작동되어 상기 지지부재(38)가캐리어(28)를 구속/해제하도록 상기 이동구(34)에 결합된 작동부재(39);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반자동 변속기를 구비한 차량의 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 작동수단(40)은 상기 마이컴(50)에 의해 작동되어 유압을 발생시키는 유압공급수단(12)로부터 상기 제동기어 구속수단(30)으로 공급되는 유압을 제어하기 위하여 제 1공급관(43A)에 설치되는 제 1솔레노이드 밸브(43);상기 4륜구동기어 구속부재(17A)로 공급되는 유압을 제어하기 위하여 제 2공급관(44A)에 설치되는 제 2솔레노이드 밸브(44); 및상기 각 변속기어 구속부재(16A)로 공급되는 유압을 제어하기 위하여 각 제 3공급관(45A)에 설치되는 다수개의 제 3솔레노이드 밸브(45);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반자동 변속기를 구비한 차량의 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 작동수단(40)은 상기 마이컴(50)에 의해 전원이 인가되어 상기 제동기어 구속수단(30)을 작동시키도록 된 제 1솔레노이드(47);상기 마이컴(50)에 의해 전원이 인가되어 상기 4륜구동기어 구속부재(17A)를 작동시키도록 된 제 2솔레노이드(48); 및상기 마이컴(50)에 의해 전원이 인가되어 상기 각 변속기어 구속부재(16A)를 작동시키도록 된 다수개의 제 3솔레노이드(49);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반자동 변속기를 구비한 차량의 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 작동수단(40)은 상기 브레이크 페달(60)의 작동으로 유압을 발생시키는 마스터 실린더(62)로부터 분기된 유압에 의해 작동되는 것을 반자동 변속기를 구비한 차량의 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마이컴(50)은 상기 제동기어(20)가 간헐적으로 구속되도록 상기 작동수단(40)을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반자동 변속기를 구비한 차량의 브레이크 시스템.
