Claims (6)
- 서로 평행하게 배치된 입력축(INPUT) 및 출력축(OUTPUT)과;
상기 입력축(INPUT)과 출력축(OUTPUT)에 각각 동심축을 이루어 설치되면서 서로 치합되어 일련의 변속단들을 형성하는 다수의 외접기어쌍과;
상기 각 외접기어쌍을 이루는 두 외접기어 중 어느 하나를 그 외접기어가 설치되는 축에 회전력을 전달하는 상태가 가변되도록 연결하는 유성기어장치와;
상기 유성기어장치의 회전요소의 회전을 제어할 수 있도록 설치되는 마찰요소와;
차량의 주행상태에 따라 상기 마찰요소를 제어하여 변속을 수행하도록 구성된 컨트롤러(CTL);를 포함하고,
상기 일련의 변속단들 중 인접한 두 변속단을 구성하기 위한 유성기어장치들은 짝을 이루어 상기 입력축(INPUT)과 출력축(OUTPUT)에 교번하여 배치되며;
상기 일련의 변속단들 중 상대적으로 감속비가 가장 큰 최저속 변속단과 이에 인접한 변속단을 형성하기 위한 유성기어장치들은 출력축(OUTPUT)에 배치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동화 수동 변속기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유성기어장치는 3개의 회전요소를 구비한 단순유성기어장치이며,
상기 3개의 회전요소 중 하나는 상기 외접기어에 상호 회전 구속 상태로 설치되고, 다른 하나는 상기 입력축(INPUT) 또는 출력축(OUTPUT)에 상호 회전 구속 상태로 설치되며, 나머지 하나는 상기 마찰요소에 의해 그 회전이 제어될 수 있도록 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동화 수동 변속기. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 일련의 변속단들 중 상대적으로 감속비가 가장 큰 최저속 변속단과 이에 인접한 변속단을 형성하기 위한 유성기어장치들은, 선기어가 상기 외접기어와 상호 회전 구속 상태로 연결되고, 캐리어가 상기 출력축(OUTPUT)에 상호 회전 구속 상태로 연결되며, 링기어가 상기 마찰요소에 의해 회전이 제어되도록 설치되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동화 수동 변속기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 입력축(INPUT)에는 후진단을 구현하기 위하여, 상기 입력축(INPUT)에 상대 회전 가능하게 설치된 후진용 외접기어가 후진용 유성기어장치의 링기어에 상호 회전 구속 상태로 연결되고;
상기 후진용 유성기어장치의 선기어는 상기 입력축(INPUT)에 상호 회전 구속 상태로 연결되며;
상기 후진용 유성기어장치의 캐리어는 상기 마찰요소에 의해 회전이 제어되도록 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동화 수동 변속기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 입력축(INPUT)은 동력원과 직결되고;
상기 출력축(OUTPUT)은 동력전달요소에 의해 차량의 디퍼렌셜(DF)로 직결된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 자동화 수동 변속기.
