Description
Claims (15)
- 인듐, 크롬, 산소 및 불소를 필수구성성분으로 하고, 상기 인듐 대 크롬의 원자 비율이 0.005 내지 0.6 인 플루오르화 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원자 비율이 0.01 내지 0.5인 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 원자 비율이 0.01 내지 0.3인 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산소의 함량이 촉매 총중량에 기초할 때 1 내지 25 중량%인 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 장형 주기율표의 그룹 11, 12, 13 및 14의 원소 중에서 선택된 한가지 이상의 원소를 추가로 함유하는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 한가지 이상의 원소가 구리, 은, 금, 아연, 카드뮴,수은, 알루미늄, 갈륨, 주석 및 납 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 인듐과 크롬 원소로 된 촉매 전구체를 300 내지 500 ℃의 온도에서 플루오르화수소 또는 불소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소와 접촉시킴으로써 플루오르화시키는 것으로 되는 제 1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플루오르화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 전구체가 옥사이드 또는 히드록사이드인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 전구체가 공침법에 의해 제조되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 전구체가 침지법에 의해 제조되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 전구체가 350 내지 500 ℃의 온도에서 환원 가스를 함유하는 분위기에서 열처리하는 것으로 되는 방법에 의해 제조되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플루오르화 촉매의 존재하에 할로겐화 탄화수소를 가스상에서 플루오르화 수소와 접촉시키는 것으로 되는 할로겐화 탄화수소의 플루오르화 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화 탄화수소가 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소가 디클로로메탄, 클로로플루오로메탄, 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄, 1,1-디클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄 및 1-클로로-1,2,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소가 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄인 것이 특징인 방법.
