Claims (13)
- 필수 구성 성분으로서 크롬, 갈륨, 산소 및 불소를 함유한, 할로겐화 탄화수소의 불화에 사용되는 크롬-기재 불화 촉매로서, 크롬에 대한 갈륨의 원자비가 0.001-0.1인 크롬-기재 불화 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 크롬에 대한 갈륨의 원자비가 0.003-0.05인 크롬-기재 불화 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 추가로 코발트, 니켈, 아연 및 카드뮴 중에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 성분을 Cr에 대한 원자비로 0.001 - 0.5로 함유한 크롬-기재 불화 촉매.
- 크롬 성분과 갈륨 성분을 함유한 촉매 전구체를 불소 가스, 불화수소 또는 불소-함유 탄화수소와 접촉시키고, 불화 처리를 수행하여 촉매를 얻는 것으로 이루어진, 제 1항에 따른 크롬-기재 불화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 촉매 전구체가 산화물 및/또는 수산화물인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 촉매 전구체를 공침법에 의해 제조하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 촉매 전구체를 함침법에 의해 제조하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 환원 가스를 함유하는 분위기에서 350-500℃의 온도에서 열처리된 촉매 전구체를 사용하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 환원 가스가 수소인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 불화수소와 할로겐화 탄화수소를 제 1항에 따른 크롬-기재 불화 촉매의 존재하에 가스상으로 접촉시키는 것이 특징인 할로겐화 탄화수소의 불화방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 할로겐화 탄화수소가 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소인 것이 특징인 불화방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소가 디클로로메탄, 클로로플루오로메탄, 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄, 1,1-디클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄 및 1-클로로-1,2,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄중에서 선택된 성분인 것이 특징인불화방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소가 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄인 것이 특징인 불화방법.
