Claims (18)
- 평평한 표면(66)으로부터 돌출된 나선형 격벽(68)을 갖고 있는 고정 스크롤 부재(56), 평평한 표면(74)으로부터 돌출된 나선형 격벽(76)을 갖고 있고 두 스크롤 부재들의 격벽 단부가 대향되는 스크롤 부재의 평평한 표면에 밀봉 접촉하면서 맞물려 두 스크롤 부재의 상대적인 회전에 의하여 흡입 및 배출 압력실에 연통된 두 스크롤 격벽 사이에서 냉매가 압축되도록 고정 스크롤 부재에 결합되는 궤도 스크롤 부재(58), 전술한 고정 및 스크롤 부재 중의 하나에 의하여 형성되고 흡입 배출 중간 압력 공급원에 연통되어 고정 및 궤도 스크롤 부재가 서로 밀봉되도록 궤도 스크롤 부재에 미는 힘을 유도하는 유체 압력을 발생하는 중간 압력실(81), 오일 저장조(46), 전기 모터(32), 전술한 모터 및 궤도 스크롤 부재에 결합되고 오일 저장조까지 연장된 길이 방향의 오일 통로(52,54)와 전술한 오일 통로를 방사방향의 외부에 연결하는 제1 통공(624)을 갖고 있는 크랭크샤프트(34), 내주 및 외주 표면과 전술한 제1 통공에 연결되어 오일 통로에서 이송되는 오일을 외부로 공급하는 제2 통공(622)을 갖고 있으며 크랭크샤프트에 궤도 스크롤 부재가 결합되도록 크랭크샤프트의 외주에 설치되는 로울러(82), 및 로울러와 궤도 스크롤 부재 사이에 설치되고 주위에 궤도 스크롤의 이면(636)과 로울러 및 크랭크샤프트의 단부 표면에 의하여 형성되고 전술한 제2 통공으로부터 오일을 받아들이게된 오일 수집 공간(55)을 갖고 있는 베어링(57)을 포함하는, 흡입 압력하에 유체를 받아들이는 흡입 압력실(98)과 배출 압력하에 유체를 배출하는 배출 압력실(110)을 갖고 있는 스크롤 콤프레사에 있어서, 전술한 오일 수집 공간과 고정 및 궤도 스크롤 부재 사이의 중간 압력 공간 사이에 제3의 통공(626)이 형성되어 오일이 전술한 제3의 통공을 통하여 오일 수집 공간으로부터 중간 압력 공간으로 공급되게 되었고, 전술한 중간 압력실과 오일 수집 공간은 서로 연통되게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제1항에서, 전술한 베어링이 제1 베어링이고, 전술한 크랭크샤프트의 방사방향 외주 표면은 제1 크랭크샤프트 외주 표면이며, 제2 베어링(59)에 지지되는 크랭크샤프트의 제2 외주 표면에는 크랭크샤프트의 오일 이송 통로에 연결되는 제4의 통공이 형성되어 오일이 이 제4 통공을 통하여 오일 통로로부터 외부의 베어링으로 공급되게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제2항에서, 전술한 제4 통공이 제1 통공의 하방에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제2항에서, 전술한 제2 베어링 주위에 중간 압력실과 연결된 원륜상 오일 갤러리(610)가 형성되고, 오일은 제2 베어링을 통하여 제4 통공으로부터 원륜상 오일 갤러리 내로 수집되게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제4항에서, 전술한 오일 갤러리가 배출 압력실과 연결되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제5항에서, 전술한 오일 저장조가 전술한 배출 압력실 내에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제4항에서, 전술한 원륜상 오일 갤러리가 전술한 제2 베어링을 통하여 제2 통공과 연결되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제1항에서, 전술한 제1 및 제2 통공이 일정한 유체 연결로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제8항에서, 전술한 로울러가 크랭크샤프트에 대하여 회전할수 있게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제1항에서, 전술한 길이방향의 오일 통로가 크랭크샤프트의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 형성되고 상단부는 플러그(616)에 의하여 폐쇄되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제1항에서, 전술한 베어링에 인접하여 전술한 배출 압력실과 연결된 원륜상 오일 갤러리(632)를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 평평한 표면(66)으로부터 돌출된 나선형 격벽(68)을 갖고 있는 고정 스크롤 부재(56), 평평한 표면(74)으로부터 돌출된 나선형 격벽(76)을 갖고 있고 두 스크롤 부재들의 격벽 단부가 대향되는 스크롤 부재의 평평한 표면에 밀봉 접촉하면서 맞물려 두 스크롤 부재의 상대적인 회전에 의하여 흡입 및 배출 압력실에 연통된 두 스크롤 격벽 사이에서 냉매가 압축되도록 고정 스크롤 부재에 결합되는 궤도 스크롤 부재(58), 전기 모터(32), 전술한 모터 및 궤도 스크롤 부재에 결합되고 외주 표면을 갖고 있는 크랭크샤프트(34), 내주 및 외주 표면을 갖고 있고 크랭크샤프트에 궤도 스크롤 부재가 결합되도록 크랭크샤프트의 외주에 설치되는 로울러(82), 및 로울러와 궤도 스크롤 부재 사이에 설치되고 주위에 궤도 스크롤의 이면(636)과 로울러 및 크랭크샤프트의 단부 표면에 의하여 형성되고 전술한 제2 통공으로부터 오일을 받아들이게된 오일 수집 공간(55)을 갖고 있는 베어링을 포함하는, 흡입 압력하에 유체를 받아들이는 흡입 압력실(98)과 배출 압력하에 유체를 배출하는 배출 압력실(110)을 갖고 있는 스크롤 콤프레사에 있어서, 전술한 오일 수집 공간과 고정 및 궤도 스크롤 부재 사이의 중간 압력 공간 사이에 제3의 통공(626)이 형성되고, 로울러 내주 표면과 크랭크샤프트의 외측면 사이에 길이방향 간극이 형성되었으며, 중간 압력 공간부와 배출 압력실 사이에 전술한 통공, 전술한 공간부 및 전술한 간극으로 연결되는 배출로가 형성되어 중간 압력 공간부 내의 배출압력보다 큰 압력하의 유체가 전술한 베어링을 통하여 흐르지 않도록하는 유로를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제12항에서, 전술한 로울러의 제2 축방향 단부 표면이 로울러의 내외 주면을 연결하는 채널(630)을 갖고 있고, 배출로는 전술한 채널을 따라 연장되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제13항에서, 전술한 제2 축방향 로울러 단부 표면이 전술한 크랭크샤프트 방사방향 외주 표면을 둘러싸는 전술한 간극과 홈 사이에 위치한 카운터 싱크(628)를 갖고 있고, 전술한 간극과 홈은 카운터 싱크에 의하여 연결되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제13항에서, 전술한 궤도 스크롤 부재가 전술한 베어링에 인접한 오일 갤러리(632)를 갖고 있고, 전술한 오일 갤러리는 배출 압력실과 연결되었으며, 전술한 채널은 카운터싱크 측으로 개방되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제13항에서, 전술한 제2 로울러의 축방향 단부 표면과 로울러 내주 표면의 연결이 카운터싱크(628)에 의하여 이루어지고, 전술한 채널은 카운터싱크 측으로 개방되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제12항에서, 전술한 베어링이 배출 압력 하에 있고, 베어링에 공급된 오일의 일부가 전술한 공간부에 수집되며, 최소한 일부의 오일은 전술한 공간부로부터 전술한 통공을 통하여 중간 압력 공간부로 이송되어 고정 및 궤도 스크롤 부재들을 윤활시키게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
- 제17항에서, 배출 압력실에 연결된 원륜상 오일 갤러리(632)가 전술한 베어링에 인접하게 형성되었으며, 베어링으로 공급되는 오일의 일부가 전술한 오일 갤러리 내에 수집되게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 콤프레사.
