Claims (8)
- 활물질분말(powder)을 비수계전해액에 용해하는 폴리머로 되는 미립자 (particulate)와 혼합하여 정극활물질혼합물을 조제하는 스텝과, 부극활물질분말 (powder)을 비수계전해액에 용해하는 폴리머로 되는 미립자(particutate)와 혼합 하여 부극활물질혼합물을 조제하는 스텝과, 상기 정극활물질분말과 비수계전해액에 용해하는 폴리머로 되는 미립자로 구성되는 정극을 금속기판상에 정극활물질 혼합물을 도포하여 형성하는 스텝과, 상기 부극활물질분말과 비수계전해액에 용해하는 폴리머로 되는 미립자로 구성되는 부극을 금속기판상에 부극활물질혼합물을 도포하여 형성하는 스텝과, 전극적층체에 상기 정극과 상기 부극을 조립하는 스텝과, 그 다음 상기 전극적층체에 상기 전해액을 주입하는 스텝으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비수계전해액중에서 용해할 수 있는 상기 폴리머로 되는 미립자는 메타아크릴 폴리머, 아크릴 폴리머, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 및 이들의 폴리머와 다른 모노머의 공중합에 의해 얻어진 코폴리머중에서 적어도 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전극적층체에 상기 정극과 상기 부극을 조립하는 스텝이전에 상기 정극과 상기 부극내의 공극(void)에 외부로부터 비수계전해액에 용해하는포릴머로 되는 미립자를 도입하는 스텝을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비수계전해액에 용해하는 상기 폴리머의 용액중에서 상기 정극과 상기 부극에 도포하거나 침지하는 스텝과, 그 전극적층체에 상기 정극과 상기 부극을 조립하는 스텝이전에 상기 도포된 정극과 상기 부극을 건조하는 스텝을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 활물질혼합물은 바인더수지로 구성되고, 비수성전해액중에서 용해하는 상기 폴리머로 되는 미립자가 용융되고, 상기 바인더수지가 용융되지 않는 온도에서 상기 정극과 상기 부극을 가열하는 스텝을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머로 되는 미립자는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜과 폴리프로필렌 글리콜로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 폴리머로 구성되고, 이들의 전극은 80℃에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머로 되는 미립자의 직경이 20㎛이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머로 되는 미립자의 직경이 5㎛이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
