Claims (14)
- 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 이의 염상기식에서,Q는 페닐 그룹, 나프틸 그룹, 피리딜 그룹, 피리미딜 그룹, 이소퀴놀릴 그룹, 푸릴 그룹, 벤조푸라닐 그룹, 디하이드로벤조푸라닐 그룹; 디페닐메틸 그룹; 벤질 그룹; 또는 탄소수 3 내지 8의 사이클로알킬 그룹[여기서, 페닐 그룹, 나프틸 그룹, 피리딜 그룹, 피리미딜 그룹, 이소퀴놀릴 그룹, 푸릴 그룹, 벤조푸라닐 그룹, 디하이드로벤조푸라닐 그룹, 디페닐메틸 그룹의 페닐 잔기 및 벤질 그룹은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕실 그룹, 트리플루오로메틸 그룹, 각 알킬 잔기의 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 디알킬아미노 그룹, 할로겐 원자, 시아노 그룹 및 에틸렌디옥시 그룹 중에서 선택된 치환체(들)로 치환될 수 있다]이고,R은 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 구조를 가지며,[여기서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕실 그룹 또는 메틸렌디옥시 그룹이고, 라디칼 G는 탄소수 3 내지 6의 사이클로알킬 그룹; 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페닐 그룹; 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페닐 잔기를 갖는 벤조일 그룹; 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페닐 잔기를 갖는 벤질카보닐 그룹; 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페닐 잔기를 갖는 α-하이드록시벤질 그룹; 피롤릴 그룹, 피리딜 그룹 또는 인돌 그룹; 헤테로사이클릭 그룹 치환된 C1-C4알킬 그룹(여기서, 헤테로사이클릭 그룹은 티오펜, 피리딘 및 이미다졸 중에서 선택된다); 모르폴리노 그룹과 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌 그룹으로 이루어진 모르폴리노알킬 그룹; 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페닐 그룹과 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌 그룹으로 이루어진 페닐알킬 그룹; 및 수소원자 중에서 선택되며, 이때 치환체 G가 치환체(들)를 갖는 경우, 이 치환체(들)는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕실 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬티오 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬설포닐 그룹, 할로겐 원자 및 메틸렌디옥시 그룹 중에서 선택된다],Z는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌 그룹, 탄소수 2 내지 4의 알케닐렌 그룹, 하이드록실 그룹을 한개 갖는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌 그룹, 또는 탄소 쇄의 한쪽말단 또는 쇄의 중간에 카보닐 그룹을 함유하는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 치환체 R이 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 그룹인 일반식(I)의 화합물.상기식에서,R1, R2및 G는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 치환체 R이 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 그룹인 일반식(I)의 화합물.상기식에서,R1, R2및 G는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치환체 Q가 피페라진 잔기에 대한 페닐 그룹의 결합 위치의 메타 위치에 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕실 그룹, 트리플루오로메틸 그룹, 각 알킬 잔기의 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 디알킬아미노 그룹, 할로겐 원자 및 시아노 그룹 중에서 선택되는 치환체를 갖는 페닐 그룹인 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 페닐 그룹의 메타 치환체가 할로겐 원자인 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, Q가 2-메틸-3-클로로페닐 그룹인 화합물.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z가 탄소수 2 내지 3의 알킬렌 그룹인 화합물.
- 제7항에 있어서, Z가 탄소수 2의 알킬렌 그룹인 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 치환체 R이 치환되지 않거나 N-치환된 5,6-디메톡시-1H-인다졸인 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 치환체 R이 치환되지 않거나 N-치환된 5,6-메틸렌디옥시-1H-인다졸인 화합물.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, R에 대한 치환체 G가 3,4-디메톡시벤질 그룹, 4-이미다졸릴메틸 그룹, 2-피리딜메틸 그룹, 3-피리딜메틸 그룹 및 4-피리딜메틸 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 치환체 R이 화학식(여기서, G는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다)인 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 치환체 R이 화학식(여기서, G는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다)인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3-[2-[4-(3-클로로-2-메틸페닐)-1-피페라지닐]에틸]-5,6-디메톡시-1-(4-이미다졸릴메틸)-1H-인다졸인 화합물.
