Abstract

본 발명은 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기에 관한 것으로, 휴대용 무선전화기의 외측면에 설치된 제1조명램프 및 제2조명램프와, 상기 제1조명램프 및 제2조명램프를 점등/소등시키기 위한 조명버튼, 휴대용 무선전화기 본체에 구비된 키패드를 밝히기 위한 제3조명램프, 휴대용 무선전화기 커버의 개폐여부를 감지하기 위한 커버개폐감지부, 상기 제1 내지 제3조명램프에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급부 및, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 열렸다고 감지된 상태에서 상기 조명버튼이 온(ON)되면 상기 제1조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 제1조명램프를 점등시키고, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 닫혔다고 감지된 상태에서 상기 조명버튼이 온(ON)되면 상기 제2조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 제2조명램프를 점등시키며, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 열렸다고 감지되면 상기 제3조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 제3조명램프를 점등시키는 제어부를 포함하여 구성되어, 메모등 및 후레쉬로서 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 한개의 조명램프를 사용하여 키패드 전체를 밝힘으로써 휴대용 무선전화기의 구조가 간단하고 그 두께도 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Description

조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기{CELLULAR PHONE WITH LAMP}
본 발명은 휴대용 무선전화기에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 메모등 기능 및 후레쉬 기능이 부가된 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기에 관한 것이다.
현재, 휴대용 무선전화기의 보급이 급속히 증가되어 개인당 1대의 휴대용 무선전화기를 가지고 있는 추세를 보이고 있다.
이러한 휴대용 무선전화기는 무선방식으로 통신을 수행함에 따라 운전중인 자동차 내에서 또는 거리를 활보하면서 통신할 수 있다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 종래의 휴대용 무선전화기는 통신기능만을 탑재하는 것이 일반적이므로, 어두운 환경에서 메모, 명암등에 기록된 전화번호를 확인하는데 어려움이 있다.
또한, 상기와 같은 종래의 휴대용 무선전화기는 키패드를 밝히기 위해 키패드의 각 버튼 아래측에 램프가 각각 구비됨에 따라 그 구조가 복잡하여 제조작업이 어렵고, 상기 램프에 의해 휴대용 무선전화기의 두께가 증가하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에, 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 휴대용 무선전화기에 외부를 밝힐 수 있는 조명램프를 설치하여 메모등으로서 사용할 수 있는 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 휴대용 무선전화기에 외부를 밝힐 수 있는 조명램프를 설치하여 후레쉬로서 사용할 수 있는 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또, 본 발명은 또 다른 목적은 한개의 조명램프를 사용하여 키패드 전체를 밝힘으로써 휴대용 무선전화기의 구조가 간단할 뿐만 아니라 그 두께도 감소시킬 수 있는 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기는, 휴대용 무선전화기 본체의 외측면에 설치된 조명램프와, 상기 조명램프를 점등/소등시키기 위한 조명버튼, 상기 조명램프에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급부 및, 상기 조명버튼이 온(ON)되면 상기 조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 조명램프를 점등시키는 제어부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기한 바와 같은 다른 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기는, 휴대용 무선선화기 본체에 구비된 키패드를 개폐하기 위한 커버가 힌지를 매개로 상기 본체에 결합되어 있는 휴대용 무선전화기에 있어서, 상기 키패드를 밝히기 위한 조명램프와, 상기 커버의 개폐여부를 감지하기 위한 커버개폐감지부, 상기 조명램프에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급부 및, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 열렸다고 감지되면 상기 조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 조명램프를 점등시키는 제어부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기의 사시도이고,도 2는 본 발명에 따른 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기의 평면도이며, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기의 커버가 열린 상태의 사시도이다.
상기 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 무선전화기는, 본체(10)에 키패드(20) 및 마이크(30)가 구비되어 있고, 커버(12)에는 스피커(40) 및 디스플레이부(50)가 구비되어 있으며, 상기 커버(12)는 힌지(18)를 매개로 상기 본체(10)에 회동가능하도록 결합되어 있다.
상기 커버(12)의 하측면 및 양측면에는 메모등으로 사용되는 제1조명램프(14-1, 14-2, 14-3)가 각각 설치되어 있으며, 상기에서는 다수개의 램프를 사용하는 것을 예로 들어 설명하였으나 이에 한정되지 않고 적어도 한개 이상의 램프가 설치되면 된다.
그리고, 상기 본체(10)의 상측면에는 비상시에 후레쉬로서 사용할 수 있는 제2조명램프(15)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 힌지(18)의 중앙부에는 키패드(20)를 밝히기 위한 제3조명램프(19)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 본체(10)의 일측면에는 조명버튼(16)이 설치되어 있다.
한편, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기의 블록 구성도로서, 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 무선전화기는, 제1조명램프(14)와, 제2조명램프(15), 조명버튼(16), 제3조명램프(19), 키패드(20), 마이크(30), 스피커(40), 디스플레이부(50), 무선송수신기(60), 커버개폐감지부(70), 전원부(80), 제어부(90)을 포함하여 구성되어 있다.
상기 키패드(20)는 사용자의 조작에 따라 휴대용 무선전화기를 동작시키기 위한 각종 조작신호 및 문자정보를 상기 제어부(90)로 입력하도록 되어 있고, 상기 마이크(30)는 사용자의 음성신호를 상기 제어부(90)의 제어에 따라 상기 무선송수신기(60)로 입력하도록 되어 있고, 상기 스피커(40)는 상기 무선송수신기(60)를 통해 수신된 상대방의 음성신호를 상기 제어부(90)의 제어에 따라 재생하여 출력하도록 되어 있으며, 상기 디스플레이부(50)는 상기 제어부(90)의 제어에 따라 휴대용 무선전화기의 동작 상태 및 각종 문자정보를 디스플레이하도록 되어 있다.
상기 무선송수신기(60)는 상기 제어부(90)의 제어에 따라 무선기지국을 통해 상대방과 통신하도록 되어 있으며, 상기 전원부(80)는 휴대용 무선전화기를 동작시키는데 필요한 전원을 공급하도록 되어 있다.
또한, 상기 조명버튼(16)은 사용자의 조작에 따라 상기 제1조명램프(14) 또는 제2조명램프(15)를 점등/소등시키기 위한 신호를 제어부(90)로 입력하고, 상기 커버개폐감지부(70)는 휴대용 무선전화기 커버(12)의 개폐상태를 감지하여 상기 제어부(90)로 입력하도록 되어 있다.
상기 제어부(90)는 상기 키패드(20)를 통해 입력된 각종 조작신호에 따라 휴대용 무선전화기의 전체 동작을 제어하여 통신하는 한편, 상기 커버개폐감지부(70)에 의해 커버(12)가 열렸다고 감지된 상태에서 상기 조명버튼(16)이 온(ON)되면 상기 전원부(80)로부터 공급되는 전원을 제1조명램프(14)로 공급하여 제1조명램프(14)를 점등시키고, 상기 커버개폐감지부(70)에 의해 커버(12)가 닫혔다고 감지된 상태에서 상기 조명버튼(16)이 온(ON)되면 상기 전원부(80)로부터 공급되는 전원을 제2조명램프(15)로 공급하여 제2조명램프(15)를 점등시키며, 상기 커버개폐감지부(70)에 의해 커버(12)가 열렸다고 감지되면 상기 제3조명램프(19)에 전원을 공급하여 제3조명램프(19)를 점등시키도록 되어 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기의 작용 및 효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
사용자가 휴대용 무선전화기의 커버(12)를 열면 커버개폐감지부(70)가 이를 감지하여 제어부(90)로 출력하고, 이 상태에서 사용자가 조명버튼(16)를 온(ON)시키면 제어부(90)가 전원부(80)로부터 공급되는 전원을 제1조명램프(14)로 공급하여 제1조명램프(14)를 점등시킨다.
이때, 상기 제어부(90)는 상기 조명버튼(16)이 온(ON)된 상태에서만 제1조명램프(14)로 전원을 공급하고, 상기 조명버튼(16)이 짧게(예를 들어 0.5초) 온(ON)된 다음 다시 길게(예를 들어, 2초) 온되면 일정시간(예를 들어, 30초) 동안 계속해서 상기 제1조명램프(14)를 점등시킨다.
따라서, 상기와 같이 제1조명램프(14)가 점등되면 상기 제1조명램프(14)가 메모등 기능을 함에 따라 어두운 곳에서 메모를 확인할 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 휴대용 무선전화기의 커버(12)가 닫히면 커버개폐감지부(70)가 이를 감지하여 제어부(90)로 출력하고, 이 상태에서 사용자가 조명버튼(16)를 온(ON)시키면 제어부(90)가 전원부(80)로부터 공급되는 전원을 제2조명램프(15)로 공급하여 제2조명램프(15)를 점등시킨다.
따라서, 상기와 같이 제2조명램프(15)가 점등되면 상기 제2조명램프(15)가후레쉬 기능을 함에 따라 비상시에 후레쉬로서 사용할 수 있다.
한편, 사용자가 휴대용 무선전화기의 커버(12)를 열면 커버개폐감지부(70)가 이를 감지하여 제어부(90)로 입력하고, 상기 제어부(90)는 상기 커버개폐감지부(70)에 의해 커버(12)가 열렸다는 것이 감지되면, 전원부(80)로부터 공급되는 전원을 제3조명램프(19)로 공급하여 제3조명램프(19)를 점등시킨다.
이때, 상기 제3조명램프(19)는 힌지(18)의 중간부에 설치되어 있으므로, 키패드(20) 부분이 밝게 되어 사용자가 어두운 곳에서도 키패드(20)의 각 버튼을 인식하여 조작할 수 있는 것이다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명에 따르면, 휴대용 무선전화기에 외부를 밝힐 수 있는 조명램프를 설치하여 메모등 및 후레쉬로서 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 한개의 조명램프를 사용하여 키패드 전체를 밝힘으로써 휴대용 무선전화기의 구조가 간단할 뿐만 아니라 그 두께도 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 휴대용 무선전화기의 외측면에 설치된 메모등용 조명램프와, 상기 메모등용 조명램프를 점등/소등시키기 위한 조명버튼, 상기 메모등용 조명램프에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급부, 휴대용 무선전화기 커버의 개폐여부를 감지하기 위한 커버개폐감지부 및, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 열렸다고 감지된 상태에서 상기 조명버튼이 온(ON)되면 상기 메모등용 조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 메모등용 조명램프를 점등시키는 제어부를 포함하여 구성된 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 열렸다고 감지된 상태에서 상기 조명버튼이 연속해서 2번 온(ON)되면 상기 메모등용 조명램프를 일정시간 동안 계속해서 점등시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    휴대용 무선전화기의 외측면에 설치된 후레쉬용 조명램프를 더 포함하는 구성되는 한편,
    상기 제어부는, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 닫혔다고 감지된 상태에서 상기 조명버튼이 온(ON)되면 상기 후레쉬용 조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 후레쉬용 조명램프를 점등시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    휴대용 무선전화기에 구비된 키패드를 밝히기 위한 조명램프를 더 포함하여 구성되는 한편,
    상기 제어부는, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 열렸다고 감지되면 상기 조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 조명램프를 점등시키고, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 닫혔다고 감지되면 상기 조명램프로 공급되는 전원을 차단하여 조명램프를 소등시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기.
  5. 휴대용 무선선화기 본체에 구비된 키패드를 개폐하기 위한 커버가 힌지를 매개로 상기 본체에 결합되어 있는 휴대용 무선전화기에 있어서,
    상기 힌지의 중앙부에 설치되어 상기 키패드의 상부에서 키패드를 밝히기 위한 조명램프와, 상기 커버의 개폐여부를 감지하기 위한 커버개폐감지부, 상기 조명램프에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급부 및, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 열렸다고 감지되면 상기 조명램프에 전원을 공급하여 조명램프를 점등시키고, 상기 커버개폐감지부에 의해 커버가 닫혔다고 감지되면 상기 조명램프로 공급되는 전원을 차단하여 조명램프를 소등시키는 제어부를 포함하여 구성된 조명램프를 가지는 휴대용 무선전화기.
