Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 좁은 액자에 적합한 액정표시장치로서, 액정을 개재해서 밀봉재에의해 대향 배치시킨 1쌍의 액정표시소자 기판과, 각 액정표시소자기판위의 배선에 접속되어서 상기 액정을 구동하기위한 복수의 액정구동소자로 구성되고, 상기 각 액정표시 소자기판에는, 평행으로 배선된 복수개의 표시전극과, 상기액정표시소자기판의 단부까지 인출되고, 또한, 상기 각 액정 구동소자에 접속되는 평행인 복수개의 단자전극과, 상기 각 표시전극과 상기 각 단자전극을 접속하기위한 경사직선배선과, 상기 경사직선배선과 상기 단자전극의 사이에 형성되고 상기 경사직선배선과 선폭이 상이한 저항치조정용 배선과, 서로 이웃이 된 2개의 상기 저항치조종용 배선의 사이에 형성된 더미전극을 가지며, 상기 액정구동회로가 구동하는 배선의 배선저항의 불균일이 소정의 허용치보다 작게 되도록 상기 저항치조종용 배선을 형성하고, 상기 저항치조종용 배선과 더미전극을 상기 밀봉재의 아래에 배치하고, 상기 밀봉재의 아래에 배치되는 저항치조정용 배선과 더미전극의 단위당의 면적점유율의 불균일이 소정의 허용치보다 작게 되도록 상기 더미전극을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉재의 아래에 배치되는 배선의 단위면적당의 면적 점유율의 불균일이, 3%이하가 되도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 액정구동회로의 중앙부와 단부와의 배선저항의 불균일이, 4.5%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉재의 바깥쪽근처로부터 점등영역의 화소까지의 거리가 거의 2.75mm정도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉재의 안쪽에 수화소분의 더미의 컬러필터층이 형성되고, 상기 점등영역의 화소는, 상기 더미컬러필터층의 안쪽의 화소인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
