Claims (5)
- 대향 배치된 한쌍의 기판과,상기 기판 사이에 밀봉된 액정과,한쪽의 상기 기판 위에 격자 형상으로 형성된 차광막과,상기 차광막으로 획정된 복수의 화소 영역과,기판면에 수직 방향에서 보아, 인접하는 상기 화소 영역 사이에 걸쳐 상기 액정의 배향 불량 영역이 형성되도록 배치된 기둥형 스페이서를 갖고,상기 기둥형 스페이서는, 기판면에 수직 방향에서 보아, 인접하는 상기 화소 영역마다 형성된 상기 배향 불량 영역이 서로 동일 면적으로 되도록 배치되어 있는 는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기둥형 스페이서는 상기 차광막 상에 형성되며, 기판면에 수직 방향에서 보아, 인접하는 상기 화소 영역에 상기 차광막 상으로부터 돌출되어 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기둥형 스페이서 상에 형성되며, 소정의 러빙 방향으로 러빙된 배향막을 더 갖고,상기 기둥형 스페이서는, 상기 차광막의 교점 상으로부터 상기 러빙 방향의 역 방향측으로 치우친 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 기판 위에 격자 형상으로 형성된 차광막과,상기 차광막으로 획정된 복수의 화소 영역과,상기 차광막 상에 형성되며, 기판면에 수직 방향에서 보아, 인접하는 상기 화소 영역에 상기 차광막 상으로부터 돌출되어 배치된 기둥형 스페이서를 갖고,상기 기둥형 스페이서는, 대향 배치된 대향 기판과의 사이에 액정을 밀봉할 때, 기판면에 수직 방향에서 보아, 인접하는 상기 화소 영역마다 형성된 상기 액정의 배향 불량 영역이 서로 동일 면적으로 되도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 기판.
