Claims (10)
- 2개의 전도성와이어(13,14)로 이루어지는 전기 케이블(3)에 연결되고, i) 내열성소자에 의해 개시될 수 있는 감온성 챠지(6)와, ii) 상기 내열성 소자를 상기 전도성와이어(13,14)에 연결하는 전기 회로와, iii) 상기 전기 회로를 전자기적으로 보호하는 수단을 포함하는 전자-점화 개시제(2)에 있어서, 상기 내열성 소자, 전기 회로 및 전자기 보호 수단은 전도성 스트립(11,12)의 회로에 일체화되고, 상기 전도성 스트립(11,12)은, 상기 전도성 와이어(13,14)에 납땜되며, 2개의 대향면을 갖는 얇은 평행육면체 카드 형상의 인쇄 회로 기판(10,60,70,80)의 한쪽 면의 상기 개시제가 설치된 둘레에 형성되고, 상기 내열성 소자는 저항 스트립(16)으로 이루이지고, 상기 감온성 챠지(6)는 상기 저항 스트립(16) 위에 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 보호 수단은 상기 회로 기판(60)상에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 여과 코일(61)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 보호 수단은 상기 회로 기판(70)상에 인쇄되는 적어도 하나의 여과 코일(71)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 보호 수단은 상기 회로 기판(10)상에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 캐패시터(17,18)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 회로 및 상기 전자기 보호 수단은 절연 바니시층(19)으로 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회로 기판(10)은 오버몰드된 절연체(4)로 부분 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 감온성 챠지(6)는 파손 가능한 마스크(7)에 의해 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감온성 챠지(86,88)에 의해 덮힌 내열성 소자와, 전자기 보호 수단(91,93; 92,94)을 각각 포함하는 상기 전도성 스트립의 회로(87,89)가 상기 회로 기판(80)의 2개의 평면 각각에 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항 및 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 개시제가 이그나이터 분말(9)을 포함하는 파손 가능한 캡(8)에 의해 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 이그나이터.
- 자동차의 탑승자 보호용 에어백을 팽창시키기 위해 가스의 점화 발생기를 점화시키기 위한 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항 및 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 전자-점화 개시제의 사용 방법.
