Claims (13)
- 2개의 도선(13,14)을 포함하는 전기 케이블(3)에 연결되고,가) 내열성소자(15)에 의해 개시될 수 있는 감온성 챠지(6)와,나) 상기 내열성 소자(15)를 도선(13,14)에 연결하는 전기 회로와,다) 상기 전기 회로를 전자기적으로 보호하는 수단으로 이루어지는 전자-점화 개시제(2)에 있어서,상기 전기 회로 및 전자기 보호 수단은 상기 도선(13,14)에 납땜되고 상기 개시제가 형성된 둘레로 인쇄 회로 기판(10,60,70,80) 위에 형성되는 도전성 스트립(11,12)의 회로로 집적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 소자는 저항 스트립(16)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 감온성 챠지(6)는 상기 저항 스트립(16) 위에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 보호 수단은 상기 회로 기판(70)상에 배치되는 적어도 1개 이상의 여과 코일(61)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 보호 수단은 상기 회로 기판(70)상에 인쇄되는 적어도 1개 이상의 여과 코일(71)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 보호 수단은 상기 회로 기판(10)상에 배열되는 적어도 1개 이상의 캐패시터(17,18)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 회로 및 전자기 보호 수단은 절연 바니시(19)의 층으로 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 회로 기판(10)은 오버몰드된 절연체(4)로 부분 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 감온성 챠지(6)는 파손가능한 마스크(7)에 의해 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 회로 기판(10)은 2개의 대향면을 갖는 얇은 평행육면체 카드의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 도전성 스트립의 개별 회로(87,89)는 각각 감온성 챠지(86,88)와 전자기 보호 수단(91,93; 92,94)에 의해 커버되는 내열성 소자를 포함하면서 회로 기판(80)의 2개의 평면 각각에 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 개시제.
- 전자-점화 이그나이터(1)에 있어서,제 1 항 내지 제 11 항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 개시제가 이그나이터 분말(9)을 포함하는 파손가능한 캡(8)에 의해 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자-점화 이그나이터.
- 자동차의 탑승자 보호용 에어백을 팽창시키기 위해 가스의 점화 발생기를 점화시키기 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 전자-점화 개시제의 사용방법.
