Claims (6)
- 서로 마주보며 소정 간격만큼 이격되어 배치된 제1 및 제2 기판과; 상기 제1 및 제2 기판 사이에 위치하여 전계의 인가여부에 따라 투과광의 위상을 변환시키는 액정층과; 상기 제1 기판 상부에 위치하여 선편광을 원편광으로 변환시키는 위상차판과; 상기 위상차판 상부에 위치하여 외부로부터 입사된 자연광을 선편광으로 변환시키는 선편광판과; 상기 제2 기판쪽에 위치하여 빛을 반사하는 반사전극을 포함하는 반사형 액정표시소자로서,상기 액정층은 트위스트앵글과, 복굴절율 Δn과, 셀갭 d을 가지고,상기 액정층에 대한 최적조건은 0.20㎛∼0.28㎛인 범위의 dΔn을 가지고, 약 65°∼75°인 범위의 트위스트앵글을 포함하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위상차판은 2 매 이상의 일축성 필름으로 구성되어 있는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극의 표면은 시야각을 조절하기 위한 다수개의 볼록 패턴을 가진반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극의 표면은 평평한 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판측의 소정위치에 형성되어 투과광이 소정의 색상을 띠도록 하는 컬러필터층이 형성된 것을 더욱 포함하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판측의 소정위치에 형성되어 입사된 빛을 확산시키는 광확산층을 더욱 포함하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
