Claims (5)
- Cu/ZnO/ZrO2와 SAPO계 제올라이트가 4:1 내지 1:4의 무게비로 구성된, 이산화탄소로부터 탄화수소 생성을 위한 혼성촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, SAPO계 제올라이트는 SAPO-5, SAPO-34, Cu/SAPO-5 또는 Cu/SAPO-34 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, Cu/SAPO-5 및 Cu/SAPO-34 제올라이트는 각각 Cu를 0.5 내지 2%(w/w) 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, Cu/ZnO/ZrO2촉매는 Cu가 10 내지 60%(w/w), ZnO가 0 내지 30%(w/w), 그리고 ZrO2가 10 내지 90%(w/w)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼성촉매.
- 제1항의 혼성촉매를 고압반응기에 넣고 H2/Ar 가스를 주입하여, 상압하에서 반응기의 온도를 250 내지 350℃까지 점차적으로 증가시킨 다음, 수소가스의 농도를 100%까지 단계적으로 증가시켜 전기 혼성촉매를 환원시키는 공정; 및, 전기 반응기에 헬륨을 주입하여 반응기 내의 압력을 25 내지 35기압까지 증가시킨 다음, 이산화탄소와 수소를 H2/CO2는 3, W/F는 10 내지 30 g-cat·h/mol의 조건이 유지되도록 주입하고, 반응기의 온도를 350 내지 500℃로 증가시켜 이산화탄소를 수소화시키는 공정을 포함하는 이산화탄소로부터 탄화수소를 제조하는 방법.
