Description
Claims (6)
- 적어도 한쪽이 투명 또는 반투명의 대향하는 한 쌍의 전극간에 유기 발생 재료를 성막한 적층체를 갖는 유기 EL 소자의 외측에 캡 구조를 갖는 봉지부를 배설하고 상기 봉지부내(封止部內)를 불활성 매체로 채운 유기 EL 소자에 있어서,소자 표층인 음극 위에 불소계 고분자 또는 산화물 절연체로 형성된 보호층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 봉지부가 양호한 열 전도성 금속으로 구성되고, 상기 봉지부의 소자 기판과의 접촉부에 저 융점 유리의 접착부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소자의 적어도 바로 위를 덮도록 비 부식성 금속의 방열판 또는 방열망을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 매체중에 산소 흡수제와 탈수제를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산소 흡수제와 탈수제가 밀봉 형태 또는 고체 형태로 되어 상기 소자와 접촉하지 않도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산소 흡수제에 아스콜빈산, 철 또는 티탄의 미분(微粉) 또는 그 산화물이나 금속염을, 상기 탈수제에 실리카겔(silica gel), 모레큐러시브(molecularsieve) 등을 각각 1종 또는 수종(數種) 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
