Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- a) 제지 섬유; 및b) i) 제지 섬유의 건조 중량을 기준으로 결합 억제제 약 0.02 중량% 내지 약 1.0 중량%;ii) 제지 섬유의 건조 중량을 기준으로 수용성 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 약 0.02 중량% 내지 약 0.5 중량%; 및iii) 제지 섬유의 건조 중량을 기준으로 양이온성 전분 약 0.05 중량% 내지 약 3.0 중량%를 포함하는 크레이프화 촉진 조성물을 포함하며, 이때 상기 결합 억제제가 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈에 대해 약 1:5 내지 약 5:1의 중량비로 존재하고, 상기 결합 억제제가 4급 암모늄 화합물인 부드러운 크레이프화 티슈지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제지 섬유가 경재 섬유 및 연재 섬유의 블렌드를 포함하며, 이때 상기 제지 섬유의 약 50% 이상을 경재 섬유가 차지하고 상기 제지 섬유의 약 10% 이상을 연재 섬유가 차지하는 티슈지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,2개 이상의 포개진 층, 즉 하나의 내부층 및 이 내부층에 인접한 하나 이상의 외부층을 포함하는 티슈지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,3개의 포개진 층, 즉 두 외부층 및 이 두 외부층 사이에 위치한 하나의 내부층을 포함하는 티슈지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 내부층에 연재 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 외부층에 경재 섬유를 포함하는 티슈지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,연재 섬유가 북부 연재 크라프트 섬유를 포함하고, 경재 섬유가 유칼립투스 크라프트 섬유를 포함하는 티슈지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,크레이프화 촉진 조성물이 하나 이상의 상기 외부층에 함유되어 있는 티슈지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,크레이프화 촉진 조성물이 상기 외부층 모두에 함유되어 있는 티슈지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,패턴 밀집화된 종이인 티슈지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,카복시메틸 셀룰로즈의 분자량이 약 90,000 내지 약 700,000인 티슈지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,카복시메틸 셀룰로즈의 치환도가 약 0.3 내지 약 1.4인 티슈지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,양이온성 전분의 치환도가 약 0.01 내지 약 0.1인 티슈지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,양이온성 전분이 찰옥수수에서 유도된 티슈지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,4급 암모늄 화합물이 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 티슈지:화학식 1(R1)4-m-N+-[R2]mX-상기 식에서,m은 1 내지 3이고,R1은 각각 C1내지 C8알킬 기, 하이드록시알킬 기, 하이드로카빌 또는 치환된 하이드로카빌 기, 알콕실화 기, 벤질 기 또는 이들의 혼합물이고;R2는 각각 C9내지 C41알킬 기, 하이드록시알킬 기, 하이드로카빌 또는 치환된 하이드로카빌 기, 알콕실화 기, 벤질 기 또는 이들의 혼합물이고;X-는 임의의 연화제-상용성 음이온이다.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,R1이 각각 C1내지 C3알킬중에서 선택되고, R2가 각각 C16내지 C18알킬중에서 선택되는 티슈지.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,R1이 각각 메틸이고, X-가 클로라이드 또는 메틸 설페이트인 티슈지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,4급 암모늄 화합물이 디(수소화된)탈로우 디메틸 암모늄 클로라이드인 티슈지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,4급 암모늄 화합물이 디(수소화된)탈로우 디메틸 암모늄 메틸 설페이트인 티슈지.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,R2치환체가 식물성 오일 원료로부터 유도되는 티슈지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결합 억제제가 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈에 대해 약 1:2 내지 약 2:1의 비로 존재하는 티슈지.
- a) 제지 섬유의 수성 슬러리를 형성하는 단계;b) i) 제지 섬유의 건조 중량을 기준으로, 결합 억제제인 4급 암모늄 화합물 약 0.02중량% 내지 약 1.0중량%;ii) 제지 섬유의 건조 중량을 기준으로, 수용성 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 약 0.02중량% 내지 약 0.5중량%;iii) 제지 섬유의 건조 중량을 기준으로, 양이온성 전분 약 0.05중량% 내지 약 3.0중량%를 포함하며, 이때 상기 결합 억제제가 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈에 대해 약 1:5 내지 약 5:1의 비로 존재하는 크레이프화 촉진 조성물을 첨가하는 단계;c) 제지 섬유를 소공성 표면에 침적시켜, 슬러리를 형성하는데 사용된 과량의 물을 제거하여 초기 웹을 형성하는 단계;d) 제지 펠트 및 성형 직물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 캐리어 표면으로 초기 웹을 이동시켜, 계속적인 탈수로 반-건조 웹을 형성하는 단계;e) 양키 건조기의 표면으로 반-건조 웹을 이동시키고 고정시켜, 웹이 실질적으로 건조 상태에 도달할 때까지 계속 건조시키는 단계;f) 크레이프화 블레이드를 사용하여 양키 건조기로부터 건조된 웹을 제거하는 단계; 및g) 크레이프화 웹을 릴에 감는 단계를 포함하는 크레이프화 티슈지의 제조 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,섬유를 상기 소공성 표면에 침적시키는 단계 이전에 상기 크레이프화 촉진 조성물의 구성 성분을 각각 수성 분산액으로 상기 제지 섬유의 수성 슬러리에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,4급 암모늄 화합물을 양이온성 전분 이전에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 수성 슬러리에 4급 암모늄 결합 억제제 이전에 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈를 첨가하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 캐리어 표면이 성형 직물이어서 상기 티슈지가 패턴 밀집화되는 방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,반-건조 웹을 양키 표면으로 이동시키는 시점에서 반-건조 웹의 수분 함량이 약 40% 미만인 방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서,상기 반-건조 웹이 상기 성형 직물상에 있는 동안 고온 공기를 상기 반-건조 웹에 강제로 통풍시켜 저 밀도의 구조물을 형성하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 웹을, 부분적으로 가수분해된 폴리비닐 알콜 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리아민 수지, 폴리아미드 에피클로로하이드린 수지, 광유 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 접착제로 양키 건조기에 고정시키는 방법.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 접착제가 폴리아미드 에피클로로하이드린 수지, 광유 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
