Claims (34)
- a) 제지 섬유;b) 약 0.01 내지 약 3.0%의 하기 일반식의 4차 암모늄 화합물;(상기 식에서,R2치환체 각각은 C1-C6알킬, 하이드록시알킬 그룹 또는 이들의 혼합물이고;R1치환체 각각은 C4-C22하이드로카빌 그룹 또는 이들의 혼합물이고,X-는 적합한 음이온 이다)c) 약 0.01 내지 약 3.0%의 수용성 폴리하이드록시 화합물;d) 약 0.01 내지 약 3.0%의 영구적 또는 일시적인 습윤 강도 결합제; 및e) 약 0.01 내지 약 3.0%의 건조 강도 결합제를 포함하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2개 이상의 겹을 갖고, 이때 상기 겹 각각이 2개이상의 겹친층, 즉 내층 및 상기 내층에 인접한 외층을 포함하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,병렬인 두개의 겹을 포함하고, 상기 겹은 각 겹의 외층이 상기 다겹 화장지의 하나의 노출된 표면을 형성하고 상기 겹의 내층 각각이 화장지 웹의 내부를 향하도록 배치되게 상기 화장지에서 배향되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,4차 암모늄 화합물 및 폴리하이드록시 화합물의 대부분이 상기 겹의 외층중의 하나이상에 함유되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,습윤 강도 결합제 및 건조 강도 결합제의 대부분이 상기 내층중의 하나이상에 함유되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,4차 암모늄 화합물 및 폴리하이드록시 화합물의 대부분이 상기 외층 둘다에 함유되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 결합제 대부분이 상기 내층 둘다에 함유되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 결합제 대부분이 상기 내층 둘다에 함유되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항 있어서,상기 2개의 내층 각각이 약 2.0mm 이상의 평균 길이를 갖는 비교적 긴 제지 섬유를 포함하고 상기 2개의 외층 각각이 약 0.2mm 내지 약 1.5mm의 평균 길이를 갖는 비교적 짧은 제지 섬유를 포함하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 내층은 연질 목재 섬유를 포함하고, 외층은 경질 목재 섬유를 포함하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 연질 목재 섬유는 노던 연질 목재 크래프트 섬유이고, 경질 목재 섬유는 유칼립투스 섬유인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 내층이 연질 목재 섬유, 또는 연질 목재 섬유와 저가 섬유의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 외층중의 하나이상이 저가 섬유, 또는 경질 목재 섬유와 저가 섬유의 혼합물을 포함하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 저가 섬유가 설파이트 섬유, 열기계적 펄프 섬유, 화학-열기계적 펄프 섬유, 재활용 섬유, 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 습윤 강도 결합제는 폴리아미드-에피클로로하이드린 수지, 폴리아크릴아미드 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 영구적 습윤 강도 결합제인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 영구적 습윤 강도 결합제는 폴리아미드-에피클로로하이드린 수지인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 습윤 강도 결합제는 양이온성 디알데하이드 전분계 수지, 디알데하이드 전분 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 일시적인 습윤 강도 결합제인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 일시적인 습윤 강도 결합제는 양이온성 디알데하이드 전분계 수지인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 건조 강도 결합제는 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 수지, 전분계 수지 및 이들의 흔합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 건조 강도 결합제는 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 수지인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,R2각각이 C1-C3알킬로부터 선택되며, R1각각은 C16-C18알킬로부터 선택되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,R2각각이 메틸이고, X-은 클로라이드 또는 메틸 설페이트인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,4차 암모늄 화합물이 디(수소화)탈로우 디메틸 암모늄 클로라이드인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,4차 암모늄 화합물이 디(수소화)탈로우 디메틸 암모늄 메틸 설페이트인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리하이드록시 화합물이 글리세롤, 약 150 내지 약 800의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리글리세롤, 약 200 내지 1000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜 및 폴리옥시프로필렌 글리콜로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,4차 암모늄 화합물 대 폴리하이드록시 화합물의 중량비가 약 1.0:0.1 내지 0.1:1.0의 범위인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 24 항에 있어서,폴리하이드록시 화합물은 약 200 내지 약 600의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 4차 암모늄 화합물이 디(수소화)탈로우 디메틸 클로라이드 또는 메틸설페이트이고, 상기 폴리하이드록시 화합물이 약 200 내지 약 600의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜이고, 상기 영구적 습윤 강도 결합제가 폴리아미드-에피클로로하이드린 수지이고, 상기 건조 강도 결합제가 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 수지이고, 이때 상기 4차 암모늄 화합물 및 상기 폴리하이드록시 화합물 대부분이 외층 둘다에 함유되고 상기 결합제 물질 대부분은 내층 둘다에 함유되는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화장지 제품이 병렬인 세겹, 즉 두개의 외겹 및 하나의 내겹을 포함하고, 이때 상기 내겹이 상기 2개의 외겹 사이에 위치하고, 상기 세겹 각각이 단층 웹을 포함하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 외겹이 두 개의 겹친 층을 포함하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 내겹이 긴 연질 목재 섬유를 포함하고 상기 외겹이 짧은 경질 목재 섬유를 포함하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 29 항에 있어서,4차 암모늄 화합물 및 폴리하이드록시 화합물의 대부분이 2개의 상기 외겹에 함유되고, 상기 영구적 습윤 강도 결합제 및 건조 강도 결합제의 대부분이 상기 내겹에 위치하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 30 항에 있어서,4차 암모늄 화합물 및 폴리하이드록시 화합물의 대부분이 상기 두 개의 외겹에 함유되고, 상기 영구적 습윤 강도 결합제 및 건조 강도 결합제의 대부분이 상기 내겹에 위치하는 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 31 항에 있어서,상기 4차 암모늄 화합물이 디(수소화)탈로우 디메틸 클로라이드 또는 메틸설페이트이고, 상기 폴리하이드록시 화합물이 약 200 내지 약 600의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜이고, 상기 영구적 습윤 강도 결합제가 폴리아미드-에피클로로하이드린 수지이고, 상기 건조 강도 결합제가 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 수지인 다겹 화장지 제품.
- 제 32 항에 있어서,상기 4차 암모늄 화합물이 디(수소화)탈로우 디메틸 클로라이드 또는 메틸설페이트이고, 상기 폴리하이드록시 화합물이 약 200 내지 약 600의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜이고, 상기 영구적 습윤 강도 결합제가 폴리아미드-에피클로로하이드린 수지이고, 상기 건조 강도 결합제가 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 수지인 다겹 화장지 제품.
