Description
Claims (8)
- 선회기류 작용영역에 공급되는 섬유속에 소정의 공기압에 의한 선회기류를 작용시켜서, 상기한 섬유속을 가연하여 방적사를 형성 하는 방적 방법에 있어서, 패키지(b)측의 실 끝을 상기한 선회기류 작용영역까지 역으로 통과시킨 뒤, 섬유속을 공급하여 방적을 개시함과 동시에, 상기한 방적개시 후 또는 그 전후의 소정시간 동안, 상기한 공기압을 통상의 방적시의 공기압보다 높은 공기압으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패키지(b)측의 실 끝을 상기 선회기류 작용영역까지 역으로 통과시킨 뒤, 섬유속을 공급하여 방적을 개시할 때, 상기한 패키지(b)측의 실 끝에, 공급되는 섬유속이 최초로 감기는 동안에는 상기한 공기압을 통상의 방적시의 공기압보다 높은 공기압으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적방법 .
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 방적개시가 패키지(b)측 실의 주행개시인 것을 특징으로 하는 방적방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 고압공기의 분사 개시시기가 상기한 방적개시와 거의 동시인 것을 특징으로 하는 방적방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 고압공기의 차단 이전에 통상압력의 공기를 온하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적방법.
- 선회기류 작용영역에 공급되는 섬유속에 소정의 공기압에 의한 선회기류를 작용시켜서, 상기한 섬유속을 가연하여 방적사를 형성하는 방적부와, 그 방적부 내에 패키지측의 실 끝을 역으로 통과시켜, 방적개시를 가능하게 하는 피싱부를 가지는 방적장치에 있어서, 상기한 방적개시 후 또는 그 전후의 소정시간 동안, 상기한 공기압을 통상의 방적시의 공기압보다 높은 공기압으로 하는 고압부여수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 방적장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 고압부여수단은, 상기한 소정 공기압을 공급하는 제1공기회로(213)와, 상기한 소정의 공기압보다 고압의 공기압을 공급하는 제2공기회로(212)와, 이들 제1 및 제2공기회로(213,212)의 전환수단(204,205)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 방적장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 전환수단(204,205)은, 제1공기회로(213)가 오프되기 전에 제2공기회로(212)가 온되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방적 장치.
