Claims (16)
- 용접 피복 장치를 통해 금속판을 대체로 수평으로 잡아당기는 구동 수단과, 금속판의 이동 방향에 대해 횡방향으로의 왕복 이동을 위하여 왕복하는 공통 왕복 캐리어 상에 배열된 복수개의 용접 헤드를 포함하는 용접 피복 장치에 있어서,사용시 금속판 아래에 있도록 위치되고, 금속판을 용접 헤드에 대하여 정확히 위치시키도록 용접 헤드 아래에서 금속판에 약간의 상방 볼록부를 유발하는 조립체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립체는 휘일 조립체인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 휘일 조립체는 수냉 수단을 포함함으로써, 용접 지점에서 금속판의 밑면을 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 휘일 조립체는 중심축 상에서 서로로부터 이격된 복수개의 디스크들을 포함하고, 상기 디스크들의 외주는 사용시 금속판에 맞닿으며, 수냉 수단은 디스크들 사이에서 용접 헤드를 향해 물을 분무하도록 된 물 분무 헤드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용접 피복이 인가될 금속판의 표면 상으로 용제 및 금속 분말의 층을 인가하기 위한 용제 및 금속 합금 분말 인가 수단도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용접 헤드의 하류측에 슬래그 파괴 휘일도 포함하며, 상기 슬래그 파괴 휘일은 횡축 상에서 복수개의 디스크를 포함하고 파괴된 슬래그를 제거하기 위한 흡입 수단도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구동 수단은 금속판의 이동 라인의 상·하에 위치되고 금속판에 맞닿게 된 구동 롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용접 헤드의 상류측 및 하류측에 모두 구동 수단을 포함함으로써, 상류측 구동 수단과 하류측 구동 수단 사이에서 금속판을 인장 상태로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구동 수단은 용접 헤드의 왕복 방향이 역으로 전환됨과 동시에 금속판을 간헐적으로 이동시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 용접 헤드는 연속적으로 공급되는 와이어 전극을 포함하고, 용접 헤드는 와이어 전극을 구동하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접한 용접 헤드들은 왕복 캐리어의 이동 방향에 대하여 서로로부터 횡방향으로 오프셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 피복 장치.
- 길이 방향으로 이동하는 금속 표면을 가로질러 횡방향으로 왕복하는 한 세트의 용접 헤드에 의해 금속 표면 상으로 용접 금속의 층을 용착시키는 단계들을 포함하는, 금속판의 표면 경화 또는 합금 피복을 위하여 길이 방향으로 이동하는 금속판의 표면 상으로 용접 금속을 피복하는 방법에 있어서,금속판 아래의 조립체에 의해 금속판이 용접 헤드 아래에서 통과함에 따라 금속판에 약간의 볼록부를 부여함으로써 용접 헤드에 대하여 금속판을 정확히 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 금속 피복 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조립체는 휘일 조립체인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 금속 피복 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 휘일 조립체에 결합된 물 분무 제트에 의해 용접 헤드의 구역에서 판 아래로부터 금속판을 냉각시키는 단계도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 금속 피복 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 판이 용접 헤드 아래를 통과하기 전에 금속판의 표면 상으로 용제 및 금속 합금 분말의 층을 퇴적시키는 단계도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 금속 피복 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 용접 헤드의 왕복 이동 방향이 역으로 전환될 때 금속판을 증분식으로 길이 방향으로 전방 이동시키는 단계도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 금속 피복 방법.
