Description
Claims (16)
- 데이터 전극에 접속되는 데이터 입력, 스캔전극에 접속되는 스캔입력 및 출력을 갖는 게이트를 각각 포함하는 복수의 화소, 상기 게이트의 출력에 접속되는 홀드커패시터, 상기 홀드커패시터에 접속되는 입력을 갖는 버퍼앰프, 및 상기 버퍼앰프의 출력에 접속되는 표시소자를 포함하는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이로서, 상기 게이트는 직렬로 접속된 제1 및 제2 반도체스위치를 가지며, 상기 버퍼앰프의 출력은 상기 제1 및 제2 반도체스위치 사이의 노드에 접속되는, 액티브 매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표시소자는 액정표시소자인 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 및 버퍼앰프는 폴리실리콘 액티브소자인 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 액티브소자는 폴리실리콘 박막 트랜지스터인 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼앰프는 유니티게인을 갖는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제2 스위치의 각각은 트랜지스터를 포함하는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 앰프는 소스폴로워를 포함하는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 소스폴로워는 일정전류로 하기 위한 부하를 갖는 액티브매트릭스 디스플렝.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 앰프는, 상기 홀드커패시터에 접속되는 비반전입력과, 상기 출력에 접속되는 반전입력을 갖는 차동앰프를 포함하는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 차동앰프는 공통의 부하를 갖는 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터를 구비하는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 공통의 부하는 정전류 발생기인 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 앰프는 상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 드레인에 접속되는 전류미러를 포함하는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소들은 복수의 행으로 배치되며, 상기 복수의 행의 각각의 화소의 스캔입력은 각각의 공통 스캔전극에 접속되며, 상기 복수의 행의 각각의 화소의 버퍼앰프는 상기 행에 인접한 한쌍의 행에 대응하는 스캔전극 사이에 접속되는 전원단자를 갖는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 행중 인접한 행의 화소의 게이트는 서로 역도전형의 반도체장치를 갖는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼 앰프의 출력은 표시소자에 직접 접속되는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼 앰프의 출력은 스캔 입력에 제공된 주사 펄스와 독립적으로 상기 표시소자에 접속되는 액티브매트릭스 디스플레이.
