Claims (9)
- 날개 유효부의 루트부 및 칩부중의 적어도 한쪽으로부터 상류측을 향해서 뻗는 축 기선과, 이 축 기선의 단부로부터 상기 날개 유효부의 전연을 향해서 경사져서 뻗는 축선으로 형성된 돌출날개부를 상기 전연에 연속해서 일체로 설치함과 동시에, 상기 날개 유효부의 최대 날개 두께와 상기 돌출 날개부의 최대 날개 두께를 동일 날개 두께로 형성한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 날개 유효부의 전연을 향해서 경사져서 뻗는 축선은 날개 유효부의 전연에 대한 경사각도를 15˚∼45˚의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
- 제1항에 있어서, 날개 유효부의 전연을 향해서 경사져서 뻗는 축선의 높이는 날개 유효부의 전 날개 길이에 대하여 1/6∼2/6의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
- 날개 유효부의 루트부 및 칩부중의 적어도 한쪽으로부터 상류측으로 뻗는 축 기선과, 이 축 기선의 단부로부터 상기 날개 유효부의 전연을 향해서 경사져서 뻗는 축 기선으로 형성된 돌출날개부를 상기 전연에 연속해서 일체로 설치하는 한편, 상기 날개 유효부의 루트부 및 칩부중의 적어도 한쪽으로부터 하류측으로 뻗는 축 기선과, 이 축 기선의 단부로부터 상기 날개 유효부의 후연을 향해서 경사져서 뻗는 축선으로 형성된 돌출 날개부를 상기 후연에 연속해서 일체로 설치함과 동시에, 상기 날개 유효부의 최대 날개 두께와 상기 전연에 성치한 상기 돌출 날개부 및 상기 후연에 설치한 돌출 날개부의 각각의 최대 날개 두께를 동일 날개 두께로 형성한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
- 제4항에 있어서, 날개 유효부의 후연을 향해서 경사져서 뻗는 축선은 날개 유효부의 후연에 대한 경사각도를 15˚∼45˚의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
- 제4항에 있어서, 날개 유효부의 후연을 향해서 경사져서 뻗는 축선의 높이는 날개 유효부의 전 날개 길이에 대하여 1/6∼2/6의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
- 날개 유효부에 구분된 루트 날개부, 중간 날개부, 칩 날개부를 연속해서 일체로 형성하고, 루트 날개부의 횡단면 중심을 통과하는 축선 및 칩 날개부의 횡단면 중심을 통과하는 축선의 각각이 상기 중간 날개부의 횡단면 중심을 통과하는 축선에 대해 상류측을 향해서 경사져서 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 루트 날개부 및 칩 날개부의 각각의 최대 날개 두께와 상기 중간 날개부의 최대 날개 두께를 동일 날개 두께로 형성한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
- 제7항에 있어서, 루트 날개부의 횡단면 중심을 통과하는 축선 및 칩 날개부의 횡단면 중심을 통과하는 축선의 각각은 중간 날개부의 횡단면 중심을 통과하는 축선에 대한 경사각도를 15˚∼45˚의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
- 제7항에 있어서, 루트 날개부의 횡단면 중심을 통과하는 축선의 높이 및 칩 날개부의 횡단면 중심을 통과하는 축선의 높이의 각각은 날개 유효부의 전 날개 길이에 대하여 1/6∼2/6의 범위로 설정한 것을 특징으로 한 축류유체기계용 날개.
