Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 퓸 실리카와 탈이온수와 분산제와 가소제를 혼합한 다음, 여기에 결합제인 메틸셀룰로오즈를 혼합하여 졸을 형성하는 단계; 상기 졸에 겔화제를 부가한 다음, 기포를 제거하여 겔화시키는 단계; 및 겔화된 결과물을 건조하고 열처리하여 유기물을 제거하고, 염소 가스 분위기하에서 열처리하여 수산기를 제거하고, 산소 가스 분위기하에서 염소 가스를 제거한 다음, 소결하여 유리화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸-겔 공정용 실리카 글래스의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결합제의 함량은 실리카 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.05 내지 1중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 졸-겔 공정용 실리카 글래스의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 테트라메틸암모늄 하이드록사이드 또는 테트라에틸암모늄 하이드록사이드이고, 상기 가소제가 글리세린, 에틸렌 글리콜 또는 2-메틸프로판 1,2,3-트리올이고, 상기 겔화제가 포름산, 락트산 및 글리콜산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 산(acid)의 수용성 지방족 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 졸-겔 공정용 실리카 글래스의 제조방법.
