Claims (4)
- 광빔을 발생시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 광원 및 광축 상에 상기 광빔을 집속하는 적어도 하나의 대물렌즈―여기서 대물렌즈의 개구수는 0.55 내지 0.70의 범위에 있음―를 구비한 광기록 및/또는 재생 장치에 사용하기 위한 광기록 매체에 있어서,a) 제 1 기록층(16);b) 상기 제 1 기록층을 덮기 위해 상기 제 1 기록층 중 일측 표면 상에 제공되며, 상기 대물렌즈(2)를 통과하는 광빔에 의해 조사되는 제 1 광입사면을 갖는 제 1 투광성 커버층(18);c) 상기 제 1 기록층에 평행하게 제공되는 제 2 기록층(16'); 및d) 상기 제 2 기록층을 덮기 위해 상기 제 2 기록층 중 일측 표면 상에 제공되며, 상기 대물렌즈를 통과하는 광빔에 의해 조사되는 제 2 광입사면을 갖는 제 2 투광성 커버층(18')를 포함하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 투광성 커버층의 두께가 각각 0.6 내지 0.1mm의 범위에 있는광기록 매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기록 매체가 상기 제 1 및 제 2 기록층 사이에 제공되는 기판(11)을 추가로 포함하는 광기록 매체.
- 광빔을 투과시킬 수 있는 투광성 커버층(17, 18) 및 상기 투광성 커버층(17, 18)의 광입사 표면 아래에 제공되는 기록층(16)을 구비한 광기록 매체를 사용하는 광기록 및/또는 재생 시스템에 있어서,a) 광빔을 발생시키기 위한 광원(1); 및b) 상기 광원으로부터 조사되는 광빔을 상기 투광성 커버층을 통해 상기 기록층(16) 상에 집속시키는 대물렌즈(2)를 포함하고,상기 광빔은 대물렌즈에 의해 집속될 때 집속 광빔의 최소직경(2ω0)과 상기 광원으로부터 발생되는 광빔의 파장의 비가 아래의 식, 즉2ω0/λ = 0.82/NA로 표시되고, 여기서 NA는 0.55 내지 0.70의 범위에 있는 대물렌즈의 개구수인광기록 및/또는 재생 시스템.
- 정보 신호를 기록 및/또는 재생하는 광디스크 시스템에 있어서,a) 광빔을 투과시킬 수 있는 투광성 커버층(17, 18)―여기서 투광성 커버층(17, 18)의 두께는 0.6 내지 0.1mm의 범위에서 선택됨―과 상기 투광성 커버층(17, 18)의 광입사 표면 아래에 제공되는 기록층을 구비한 광기록 매체;b) 광빔을 발생시키는 광원(1); 및c) 상기 광원으로부터 조사되는 광빔을 상기 투광성 커버층을 통해 상기 기록층 상에 집속시키는 대물렌즈(2)를 포함하고,상기 광빔은 대물렌즈(2)에 의해 집속될 때 집속 광빔의 최소직경(2ω0)과 상기 광원(1)으로부터 발생되는 광빔의 파장의 비가 아래의 식, 즉2ω0/λ = 0.82/NA로 표시되고, 여기서 NA는 0.55 내지 0.70의 범위에 있는 대물렌즈의 개구수인광디스크 시스템.
