Description
Claims (11)
- 수성 유체 흡수성 중합체로부터 무수 중합체 미분(fines)을 회수하는 단계, 미분을 수성 유체 흡수성 중합체 제조용 수성 중합성 단량체 용액과 반응기 중의 고체 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 5%의 가교 결합제의 존재하에 혼합하는 단계 및 미분과 단량체의 혼합물을 중합시켜 수성 유체 흡수성 중합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여, 수성 유체 흡수성 무수 중합체 미분을 수성 유체 흡수성 중합체 제조용 중합단계를 포함하는 공정으로 재순환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합단계로부터의 수성 유체 흡수성 중합체를 분쇄하는 단계, 분쇄된 중합체를 건조하는 단계, 건조된 중합체 미립자를 목적하는 최소 입자 크기인 부분과 목적하는 입자 크기 미만인 미분 부분으로 분리하는 단계 및 상기 미분 부분을 수성 유체 흡수성 중합체를 형성하는 중합단계로 재순환하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 용액이 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 혼합물 또는 이의 염을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체가 아미드, 카르복실산 또는 이의 에스테르, 비닐 아민 또는 이들의 염, 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리아크릴산, 나트륨 폴리아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 공중합체가 폴리비닐 단량체가 가교결합된 가교결합 공중합체인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단량체 용액이 단량체 용액의 기타 성분 하나 이상과 그래프트 중합 가능한 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단량체 용액이 개시제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합단계가 수-팽윤성, 수성 유체 흡수성 중합체 또는 공중합체 겔을 생성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미분이 크기가 75메쉬(200㎛) 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 미분이, 총 고체를 기준으로 하여, 수성 유체 흡수성 중합체의 30중량% 이하를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 아크릴산과 알칼리 염의 부분적으로 가교 결합된 수-팽윤성 공중합체인 방법.
