Description
Claims (29)
- 중합체 제품 제조에 사용되는 단량체 혼합물에 중합성 계면활성제를 첨가하는 것을 포함하여 중합체 제품의 표면을 변성시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 계면활성제가 하기 일반식의 계면 활성 매크로단량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 :DC[AXBY]상기식에서, A는 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 친수성 단량체로부터 유도된 라디칼이고, B는 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 소수성 단량체로부터 유도된 라디칼이며, C는 작용성 연쇄 이동제 라디칼이고, D는 에틸렌계 불포화 말단라디칼이며, y는 약 0.1 내지 약 0.9의 범위로서, x+y=1이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A는 에틸렌계 불포화 폴리옥시알킬렌, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리 (HEMA) 및 N-알킬-N-비닐 아세트아미드로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A는 (메트)아크릴레이트화 폴리옥시알킬렌, (메트)아크릴아미도 폴리옥시알킬렌, 스티레닐 폴리옥시알킬렌, 알케닐 폴리옥시알킬렌, 비닐 카르보네이트 폴리옥시알킬렌 및 비닐 카르바메이트 폴리옥시알킬렌으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 에틸렌계 불포화 폴리옥시알킬렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리옥시알킬렌은 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A는 (메트)아크릴레이트화 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 A는 메톡시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 A는 메타크릴레이트 말단캡핑된 폴리-N-비닐피롤리디논인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 A는 메타크릴레이트 말단캡핑된 폴리-N,N-디메틸아크릴아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 B는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, N-알킬 (메트)아크릴아미드, 알킬 비닐카르보네이트, 알킬 비닐카르바메이트, 플루오로알킬, 비닐카르보네이트, N-플루오로알킬 (메트)아크릴아미드, N-플루오로알킬, 비닐카르보네이트, N-플루오로알킬 비닐카르바메이트, 실리콘-함유 (메트)아크릴레이트, (메트)아크릴아미드, 비닐 카르보네이트, 비닐 카르바메이트, 스티렌계 단량체 및 폴리옥시프로필렌 (메트)아크릴레이트로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 단량체는 스티렌, α-메틸 스티렌, p-메틸 스티렌, p-t-부틸 모노클로로 스티렌 및 p-t-부틸 디클로로 스티렌으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 B는 1H,1H,5H-옥타플루오로펜틸 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 C는 머캡토 카르복실산, 머캡토 알코올 및 아미노머캡탄으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 C는 티오글리콜산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13 항에 있어서, 상기 C는 2-머캡토에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 C는 2-아미노에탄 티올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
