Description
Claims (12)
- 액정셀의 한 배향막에 제1편광된 광을 조사하여 제1배향방향을 결정하는 단계와, 상기한 배향막에 제2편광된 광을 조사하여 제1배향방향과 다른 제2배향방향을 결정하는 단계로 구성된 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 배향막이 PVCN-F를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 배향막이 폴리실록산계 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 액정셀의 제1배향막에 제1편광된 광을 조사하여 제1배향방향을 결정하는 단계와, 상기한 액정셀의 제2배향막에 제2편광된 광을 조사하여 제2배향방향을 결정하는 단계와, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향막 중 하나의 배향막에 제3편광된 자외선을 조사하여 제1 및 제2배향방향중 하나의 배향방향을 변경하는 단계로 구성된 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향막이 PVCN-F를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향막이 폴리실록산물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 제1 및 제2 배향방향을 결정한 후, 제1 및 제2배향막 사이로 액정을 주입하는 단계가 추가로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향막 중 하나의 배향막에 제3편광된 자외선을 조사한 후, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향막 사이로 액정을 주입하는 단계가 추가로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 액정셀의 제1배향막에 제1편광된 광을 조사하여 상기한 제1배향막에 제1배향방향을 결정하는 단계와, 상기한 액정셀의 제2배향막에 제2편광된 광을 조사하여상기한 제2배향막에 제2배향방향을 결정하는 단계와, 상기한 제1배향막의 일부 영역을 마스크로 블로킹하는 단계와, 상기한 액정셀의 제1배향막에 제3편광된 광을 조사하여 상기한 제1배향막에 제3배향방향을 결정하는 단계와, 상기한 제2배향막의 일부 영역을 마스크로 블로킹하는 단계와, 상기한 액정셀의 제2배향막에 제4편광된 광을 조사하여 상기한 제2배향막에 제4배향방향을 결정하는 단계와, 상기한 마스크를 제거하는 단계로 구성된 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향막이 PVCN-F을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향막이 폴리실록산물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방향 제어방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향방향을 결정한 후, 상기한 제1 및 제2배향막 사이로 액정을 주입하는 단계가 추가로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정셀의 배향방법 제어방법.
