Description
Claims (15)
- 배향막이 성막된 상판 및 하판에 자외선을 조사하여 상기한 상판과 하판의 배향방향을 서로 다르게 형성하는 단계와, 한쪽 기판은 네마틱전이온도(TnI)이상으로 유지하고 다른쪽 기판은 네마틱전이온도(TnI)이하로 유지하는 단계와, 상기한 상판 및 하판 사이로 액정을 주입하는 단계로 구성된 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 배향막이 PVCN-F인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 배향막이 폴리실록산물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자외선이 상기한 기판에 수직으로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 자외선의 조사가 1회 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 기판의 배향막 위에 형성되는 프리틸트각이 자외선의 조사에너지에 따라 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판 사이로 주입되는 상기한 액정에 카이랄도판트가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제1배향막과 제2배향막이 성막된 상하 기판에 자외선의 조사 및 러빙을 각각 실시하여 서로 다른 배향방향을 결정하는 단계와, 상기한 양기판 사이로 액정을 주입하는 단계로 구성된 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 제1배향막이 PVCN-F인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 제1배향막이 폴리실록산물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 제2배향막이 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 자외선이 상기한 제1배향막에 수직으로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1배향막에 대한 자외선의 조사가 1회 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 제1배향막이 성막된 기판에 형성되는 프리틸트각이 자외선의 조사에너지에 따라 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 액정이 제1배향막이 성막된 기판의 배향방향과 평행하게 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리틸트방향의 제어가 가능한 액정셀 제조방법.
