Claims (5)
- 복수의 보어가 병설된 실린더블럭과, 밸브판을 끼워서 그 실린더블럭의 바깥끝을 폐쇄하고 토출실이 내부에 구획설치된 하우징과, 각 그 보어를 직진운동하는 피스톤을 구비하고, 저압영역으로부터 흡입되어 그 보어내에서 압축된 그 토출실의 압축냉매를 토출통로를 통해서 외부에 토출하는 왕복운동형 압축기에 있어서, 상기 토출실내에서 상기 토출통로가 열리는 근방에 설치되어 압축냉매에 함유된 기름을 분리하는 기름분리구가 설치되고, 상기 하우징내에 설치된 기름분리기구와 인접하여 기름분리기구에서 분리된 기름을 모으는 기름저장실이 설치되며, 기름저장실의 하부에는 기내의 상기 저압영역을 연통하는 개방된 환류구멍을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복운동형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기름분리구는 냉매의 선회를 허용하는 내주벽을 구비하고, 내벽을 따라서 흐르는 냉매로부터 원심력에 의해 기름을 분리하는 원심분리형식인 왕복운동형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기름분리구는 냉매의 충돌을 허용하는 벽부를 구비하고, 벽부에 충돌하는 냉매로부터 기름을 분리하는 충돌분리형식인 왕복운동형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡입실 및 상기 기름저장실이 상기 하우징의 중앙영역에 축방향으로 연이어 설치되며, 상기 토출실은 그 하우징의 외주영역에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복운동형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 토출실은 상기 하우징의 중앙영역에 상기 방향으로 연이어 설치된 주토출실과, 그 하우징의 외주영역에서 그 주토출실 및 그 기름저장실의 상방의 영역에 설치된 부토출실로 되어 있으며, 흡입실이 그 하우징의 외주 영역에서 그 부토출실을 제외한 영역에 설치되며, 상기 토출통로가 그 부토출실로 개방되어 있음과 동시에 상기 기름분리기구가 그 부토출실에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복운동형 압축기.
