Claims (15)
- 제품에 대하여 상대운동을 하도록 채택된 압출 다이 헤드를 포함하고, 상기 제품 표면 위에 있는 압출 다이를 위치시키는 단계와, 상기 압축 다이 헤드내에 포함된 하나 이상의 중합체 공급 채널에 중합체 유동을 제공하는 단계와, 하나 이상의 중합체 공급 채널로부터 분배실로 중합체 유동을 제공하는 단계 및, 소정의 단면 형상의 중합체 프로필을 압출하기 위하여 형성되고 채택된 상기 분배실의 보정 오리피스에서 중합체 유동을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 제품 표면에 압출된 중합체 프로필을 제공하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 압출 다이는 프로필의 한 부분을 향하여 방향지워진 오리피스로부터의 중합체와, 상기 프로필의 다른 부분을 향하여 방향지워진 오리피스로부터 압출되는 중합체 사이의 비를 베어하는 상기 하나 이상의 공급 채널을 통하여 중합체를 조절하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품 표면에 압출된 중합체 프로필을 제공하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 유동의 수정은 제품 표면과 압출 다이의 상대 위치에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품 표면에 압출된 중합체 프로필을 제공하기 위한 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 압출은 제품 표면의 직선 및 곡선 단면을 따라 발생되고, 하나 이상의 공급 채널을 통한 중합체 유동은 압출된 중합체 프로필 곡률반경의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품 표면에 압출된 중합체 프로필을 제공하기 위한 방법.
- 제품의 표면 위에 특히 유리판(1)의 표면 둘레위에서 제품의 표면 위에 상대운동하고 프로필의 단면에 대응하는 단면을 가진 보정 오리피스(14)와, 상기 오리피스의 상류부에 있는 분배실(15) 및 상기 분배실의 상류부에 있는 채널(16,17,19)을 포함하는 압출 다이(5,24; 37,60)에 의한 중합체 프로필 형성 장치에 있어서, 상기 오리피스(14)의 상류에 있는 분배식(15)내로 도입되는 하나 이상의 채널(17)은 상기 채널(17)을 통한 유동을 작용시키는 수단을 구비하므로, 상기 프로필의 한쪽에 대응되는 보정 오리피스(14)의 부분을 향한 체적 유동의 비율에 대하여 다른쪽에 대응되는 보정 오리피스(14)의 부분을 향한 체적 유동의 비율을 수정하는 것이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 프로필 형성 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유동을 작동시키는 수단은 채널(17)의 단면을 수정하고, 상기 채널의 단면은 제품 표면에 대하여 압출 다이(5,24; 37,60)에 의해 따르는 곡선의 곡률반경의 함수로써 조정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 프로필 형성 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 압출 다이(5,24; 37,60)는 2개 이상의 채널(16,17)을 포함하고, 상기 채널의 방향은 유리판의 둘레를 따라 오리피스의 상대 변위 방향에 수직이며, 또한 상기 채널의 방향은 상기 유리판의 내부면을 향하여 있는 보정 오리피스(14)의 부분으로 가압된 중압체를 공급하고 유리판(1)의 외부를 향한 부분(22)으로 가압된 중합체를 공급할 수 있도록 분리된 위치에서 분배실(15)로 도입되는 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 프로필 형성 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 채널은 공통의 파이프 시스템에 의해 펌핑 및 계량 시스템(45)에 연결되고, 채널(17)내로의 중합체 흐름비로써 작동하기 위하여 밸브는 채널(17)의 통로를 수정하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 프로필 형성 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 채널(16,17)은 압출 다이내에서 자체의 공급 튜브(61,62)에 연결되고, 채널(16,17) 흐름비의 조정은 압출 다이 외부에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 프로필 형성 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각각의 공급 튜브(61,62)는 독립적으로 제어될 수 있는 자체의 파이핑 및 계량 수단(69,71)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 프로필 형성 장치.
- 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 흐름비를 제어하기 위한 수단은 유리판(1)과 관련된 곡선 안내부(33)를 포함하고, 상기 유리판의 표면은 캠으로써 작동되며, 상기 캠에 의해 압출 다이(24)가 유리판(25)의 둘레(11)를 따라 상대 운동을 하게 될 때 압출 다이(24)의 궤도를 따라 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 프로필 형성 장치.
- 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 흐름비를 제어하기 위한 수단은 압출 다이(37) 또는 유리판(1) 궤도의 제어에 부가하여 밸브(43)를 제어하는 서보 모터(88) 위에 동시에 작동되는 프로그램 제어 장치(42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 프로필 형성 장치.
- 제품의 원주 모서리 위에 배치된 접착 재료의 프로필 스트립에 있어서, 상기 프로필 스트립은 제품의 중앙을 향하여 있는 스트립의 측의 곡률반경이 제품의 외부를 향해 있는 측의 곡률반경보다 더 작은 하나 이상의 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필 스트립.
- 제12항에 있어서, 서로다른 곡률반경을 가진 스트립 부분은 상기 제품의 코너에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필 스트립.
- 제품의 표면 위에 배치된 접착 재료의 프로필 스트립에 있어서, 상기 스트립의 측부는 스트립의 나머지 부분을 구성하는 재료와 다른 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필 스트립.
- 제14항에 있어서, 서로다른 재료로 된 측부는 제품의 외부를 향하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필 스트립.
