Claims (5)
- 서로에 대하여 활주하도록 정착되어 있고, 작업 라인(A)에 평행하게 연장한 각 기동 안내부(prismatic guides)(6,10)에 의해 상호 연결된 제1 및 제2본체(2,4)와, 수나사(16)와 암나사(27)가 제1 및 제2본체(2,4)에 의해 각각 회전하도록 지지되어 있는 암,수나사 메카니즘(14)과, 수나사(16)와 암나사(27)를 각각 실질적으로 상이한 회전 속도로 교대로 회전시키기 위한 제1 및 제2모터(24,38)와, 더 빠른 회전 속도로 구동되는 암,수나사 메카니즘(14)와 부재(16)와 결합된 브레이크 장치(42,44)를 구비한 기계, 세부적으로는 벤딩 프레스(bending press)에 적합한 선형 작동기에 있어서, (a) 상기 모터(24,28)는 실질적으로 다른 감소 비율을 갖는 각각의 감속 장치(22,26,36)와 결합되어 있으며, (b) 상기 각각의 본체(2,4)는 기부(base portion)와, 상기 안내부(6,10)를 지탱하고, 상기 작업 라인 (A)에 평행한 방향으로 상기 기부로부터 다른 본체의 기부를 향하여 돌출한 직경 방향으로 대향, 신장된(diametrally opposed elogated) 한쌍의 부재를 구비하고, (c) 상기 제2몸체(4)의 기부는 속이 빈 슬리브(28)가 회전 가능하게 지지된 관통구를 구비하고, 그 슬리브는 상기 암나사를 지탱하고 작업 라인(A)과 평행한 방향으로 제2본체의 기부로부터 제1본체를 향하여 돌출하며, (d)수나사(16)는 제1본체의 기부 부재에 의해 외팔보식으로 되어 제2본체를 향하여 돌출하며, 수나사(16)의 제1단부는 상기 제1본체에 회전 가능하게 연결되어 있고 제2단부는 상기 속이 빈 슬리브(28)내로 연장하며, (e) 상기 브레이크 장치는 더 빠른 회전 속도로 구동하는 상기 암,수나사 메카니즘(14)의 부재(16)에 고정되어 있는 기어(22)에 고정된 디스크(42)를 구비한 디스크 브레이크에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 작동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 속이 빈 슬리브는 적어도 본체(2,4)의 상대적인 최대 행정(the maximum relative stroke)과 동일한 작업 라인을 따라 소정의 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 작동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터들중 적어도 하나의 모터(38)는 그 회전축이 작업 라인과 평행한 상태로 각각의 본체(4)까지 측방으로 연장하고, 다른 본체(2)를 향하여 돌출하며, 상기 모터(38)는 평행한 축간 전동에 의해 암, 수나사 메카니즘의 각각의 부재(27)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 작동기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 모터(24,38)는 미리 설정된 이동 법칙을 모터(24,38)에 전달하기에 적합하고 본체(2,4)의 상대적인 변위량을 탐지하는 유일한 선형 위치 조정변환기(25,29)를 이용하는 전자 제어 유니트에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 작동기.
