- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 개시제를 가하여 중합된 고분자가 상온이하의 유리전이점을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리카계 충전제를 피복하고 있는 고분자 물질을 구성하는 단량체의 중량이 충전제 중량의 3배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리카계 충전제 표면을 피복하고 있는 고분자가 디엔계 고무인 이소프렌 고무, 부타디엔 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔고무, 클로로프렌 고무, 니트릴 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실리카계 충전제 표면을 피복하고 있는 고분자가 디엔계 고무인 이소프렌 고무, 부타디엔 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔고무, 클로로프렌 고무, 니트릴 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리카계 충전제 입자 표면을 피복하여 캡슐화하고 있는 고분자가 가교제에 의해 가교되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실리카계 충전제 입자 표면을 피복하여 캡슐화하고 있는 고분자가 가교제에 의해 가교되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 실리카계 충전제 입자 표면을 피복하여 캡슐화하고 있는 고분자가 가교제에 의해 가교되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 실리카계 충전제 입자 표면을 피복하여 캡슐화하고 있는 고분자가 가교제에 의해 가교되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제.
- 수소이온 농도가 0.1-13pH인 수용액에 실리카계 충전제를 투입한 후, 이에 계면활성제 디엔계 단량체, 그리고 라디칼 개시제를 가하여, 무기 충전제의 입자 표면 전하와 계면활성제 간의 정전기적 인력으로 무기 충전제 입자 표면에 계면활성제를 흡착시키고 유기 단량체를 무기 충전제 입자 표면에 형성된 계면활성제 응집체의 소수성 영역에 선택적으로 용해시켜 중합하므로써 무기 충전제 표면을 유기고분자로 피복하여 캡슐화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제의 제조방법.
- 실리카계 충전제의 존재하에 계면활성제와 디엔계 단량체, 그리고 라디칼개시제를 가하여 중합하여, 중합된 고분자가 실리카계 충전제의 입자 표면을 피복하여 캡슐화하여서 된 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제와 통상의 디엔계 고무를 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화 실리카계 충전제를 함유한 고무조성물.
