Description
Claims (14)
- 버너에 연소성물질, 상기 제1산화성 가스 및 제2산화성 가스를 공급하는 단계; 연소터널내에 상기 제1산화성 가스와 제1연소성 물질을 직진시켜 부분적으로 혼합되게 하여 불꽃심을 생성시키는 단계; 상기 연소터널내에 상기 제2산화성 가스와 제2연소성 물질을 직진시켜 부분적으로 혼합되게 하여 혼합물 흐름을 생성시키는 단계; 및 상기 불꽃심과 상기 혼합물 흐름을 혼합하여 최종 불꽃패턴을 생성시키는 단계로 이루어지는 연소터널과 개구된 출구를 갖는 버너에서 연소성 물질을 연소시키는 고온의 발광불꽃발생방법에 있어서, 상기 제1산화성 가스는 상기 제2산화성 가스와 산소 농도가 다르고, 상기의 제1산화성 가스는 상기 연소터널의 중앙라인을 따라 직진하며, 상기 제1연소성 물질은 상기 제1산화성 가스의 주변과 그쪽으로 직진되게 하고, 상기 제2산화성 가스와 상기 연소성 물질의 혼합물은 상기 제1산화성 가스의 연소에 의하여 형성되는 중앙불꽃이 상기 제1연소성 물질을 둘러싸도록 직진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소터널과 개구된 출구를 갖는 버너에서 연소성 물질을 연소시키는 고온의 발광불꽃발생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1산화성 가스의 산소농도는 상기 제2산화성 가스의 산소농도 보다 높게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생방법.
- 개구된 출구를 갖는 연소터널; 버너에 연소성 물질, 상기 제1산화성 가스 및 제2산화성 가스를 공급하는 수단; 상기 연소터널내에 상기 제1산화성 가스와 제1연소성 물질을 직진시켜 부분적으로 혼합되게 하여 불꽃심을 생성시키는 제1수단; 상기 연소터널내에 상기 제2산화성 가스와 제2연소성 물질을 직진시켜 부분적으로 혼합되게 하기 위한 제2수단; 및 상기의 불꽃심과 연속적으로 혼합되게 상기 연소성 물질과 상기 제2산화성 가스의 혼합물을 발생시켜 최종 불꽃패턴을 생성시키기 위한 수단으로 이루어진 연소성 물질을 연소시키는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치에 있어서, 상기 제1산화성 가스는 상기 제2산화성 가스와 산소 농도가 다르고, 상기 제1직진수단은 상기 제1산화성 가스 주변으로 직진되는 제1연소성 물질과 함께 중앙흐름으로 상기 제1산화성 가스를 직진시키고, 상기 제2직진수단은 상기 제1산화성 가스의 연소에 의하여 형성되는 중앙불꽃이 상기 제1연소성 물질을 둘러싸도록 상기 제2산화성 가스와 상기 연소성 물질의 혼합물을 직진시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연소터널은 개구된 출구위치에 액체로 냉각된 노즐이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연소터널은 그 길이방향으로 액체로 냉각되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소성 물질, 제1산화성 가스 및 제2산화성 가스는 별도로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2산화성 가스는 충분한 산소 농도를 갖도록 2400°F의 온도에서 불꽃심을 일으키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1산화성 가스의 산소에 대한 연료의 비는 0.8 내지 2.5가 되게 혼합하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최종 발광불꽃은 연소터널의 외부로 확장되는 고온의 발광불꽃인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연소성 물질, 제1산화성 가스 및 제2산화성 가스는 별도로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1산화성 가스의 산소농도는 상기 제2산화성 가스의 산소농도 보다 높게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2산화성 가스는 충분한 산소 농도를 갖도록 2400°F의 온도에서 불꽃심을 일으키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2산화성 가스와 제2연소성 물질은 상기 불꽃심과 혼합되기 전에 부분적으로 혼합시켜서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 최종 발광불꽃은 연소터널의 외부로 확장되는 고온의 발광불꽃인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온의 발광불꽃발생장치.
