Claims (4)
- 케이싱(50)과, 복수개의 디스크(46)를 갖는 샤프트(44)를 따라서 축방향으로 배치된 복수개의 회전블레이드(42)를 포함하는 로터(40)과, 터어빈(12)의 압축부(34)에서 상기 케이싱(50)의 내부에 제1의 소정단면을 가지도록 원주방향으로 형성된 하나 또는 그 이상의 슬롯(75)을 가지는 연소터어빈(12)에 사용되는 것으로서, 일체로 형성된 내측보호판(68) 및 외측보호판(70)을 갖는 복수개의 베인에어포일(66)을 포함하고, 상기 외측보호판(70)은 상기 터어빈 케이싱(12)의 상기 슬롯(75)내에 미끄럼조립될 수 있도록 상기 제1의 소정단면에 대응하는 단면으로 된 상측부를 포함하는 압축기 다이아프램 조립체(64)에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 에어포일(66)중 인접한 것들을 가로질러 연장되어 각각의 일체형 내측보호판(68)및 일체형 외측보호판(70)부분에서 상기 인접한 에어포일들을 상호연결하도록 된 부하전달수단(76)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 다이아프램 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베인에어포일(66)용의 상기 부하전달수단(76)이, 상기 내측보호판(68)및 외측보호판(70)중 인접한것들을 결합시키기 위하여 상기 내측 및 외측보호판(68),(70)에 형성된 홈(72)속에 배치되는 연결봉(74)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외측보호판(70)및 상기 내측보호판(68)에 형성된 상기 각각의 홈(72)이 평행한 측벽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외측보호판(70)및 상기 내측보호판(68)에 형성된 상기 각각의 홈(72)이 테이퍼형 측벽을 가지며, 상기 연결봉이 상기 테이퍼형 홈에 조립될 수 있도록 그에 대응하는 테이퍼형 단면으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
