Claims (4)
- (A) (a1)할로겐을 함유하지 않은 열가소성 폴리카보네이트 수지 80∼96중량%; 및 (a2) 유리전이온도가 10℃이하인 고무 30∼70중량%; 스티렌, α-치환스티렌, 및핵치환 스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물 20∼55 중량%; 아크릴로 니트릴 5∼25% 중량; 및 메틸메타크릴레이트 0∼20중량%를 그라프트 중합시킨 공중합체로서 그 그라프트율이 40∼90%이고 아세톤에 용해되지 않는 겔의 함량이 50중량% 이상인 g-ABS 수지 20∼4중량%;로 이루어진 100 중량부의 기초수지; (B) 상기 기초수지 100중량부에 대하여 트리아릴포스페이트 30∼60중량%와 아릴포스페이트 올리고머 70∼40중량%로 이루어지고 하기 일반식으로 표시되며 n의 평균값이 0.3 내지 0.8의 범위인 5∼20중량부의 인계 난연제; 및상기식에서 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 C6-C20아릴기 또느 알킬치환된 것임. (C) 상기 기초수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼2.0 중량부의 플루오로계 수지;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 트리아릴포스페이트가 트리페닐포스페이트, 트리(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스페이트, 트릴(4-메틸페닐)포스페이트, 트리크레실포스페이트, 디페닐2-에틸크레실포스페이트, 디페닐크레실포스페이트, 트리(이소프로필페닐)포스페이트, 트리자이레닐포스페이트, 및 자이레닐디페닐포스페이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 주성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로계 수지(C)는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 비닐리덴플루오라이드의 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 플루오로알킬비닐에테르의 공중합체, 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성수지 조성물.
- (A) (a1) 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 열가소성 폴리카보네이트 수지 80∼96중량%; 및 (a2) 유리전이온도가 10℃ 이하인 고무 30∼70중량%; 스티렌, α-치환스티렌, 및 핵치환스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물 20∼55중량%; 아크릴로니트릴 5∼25% 중량; 및 메틸메타크릴레이트 0∼20중량%를 그라프트 중합시킨 중합체로서 그 그라프트 율이 40∼90% 이고 아세톤에 용해도지 않는 겔의 함량이 50중량% 이상인 g-ABS 수지 20∼4중량%;로 이루어진 100중량부의 기초수지; (B) 상기 기초수지 100중량부에 대하여 하기 일반식을 갖고 n값이 0.3 내지 0.8의 범위인 합성된 아릴포스페이트 올리고머; 및상기식에서 R1, R2, R3, R4및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 C6-C20아릴기 또는 알킬치환된 것임. (C) 상기 기초수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼2.0 중량부의 플루오로계수지;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
