Claims (6)
- (A) (a1)브롬을 함유하지 않은 열가소성 폴리카보네이트 수지 75~96 중량%; 및 (a2)에틸렌프로필렌 고무 5~25 중량%, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 60~80 중량% 및 염화폴리에틸렌 5~20 중량%를 상용화시킨 수지 25~4 중량%로 이루어진 기초 수지; (B) 인계 난연제로서 하기 일반식을 갖고 상기 기초 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 5~20 중량부의 양으로 사용되는 아릴포스페이트 올리고머; 및상기식에서 R1, R2, R4, 및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 브롬을 함유하지 않은 C6~C20아릴기 또는 알킬치환된 아릴이고 R3는 히드로키놀 또는 레조시놀 형태이며, n은 0.3 내지 0.8의 범위임.(C) 상기 기초 수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.1~2.0 중량부의 플루오르계 수지;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기초 수지(A)가 스티렌 함유 공중합체 수지 또는 스티렌함유 그라프트 공중합체 수지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상용화시킨 수지(a2)에서의 에틸렌프로필렌 고무는 그 전체 고무에 대하여 약 10 내지 40 중량%의 무수말레인산으로 개질시킨 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌프로필렌 고무의 개질에 사용된 무수말레인산은 전체 상용화시킨 수지에 대하여 2~5 중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르계 수지(C)는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 비닐리덴플루오라이드의 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 플루오로알킬비닐에테르의 공중합체, 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 무기물 첨가제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 안료, 및/또는 염료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
