Claims (1)
- 전하검출부에 플로팅게이트전극을 가지고 이루어지는 전하전송장치에 있어서, 상기 플로팅게이트전극 및 상기 플로팅게이트전극에 인접하여 배설되는 게이트전극중 최소한 한쪽의 전극에 돌설편부(突設片部)를 배설하고, 상기 플로팅게이트전극과 상기 플로팅게이트전극에 인접하여 배설되는 상기 게이트전극과는 절연층을 통하여 상기 돌설편부로 겹쳐지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전하전송장치.
