Claims (2)
- 고전위의 전원전위 인가저뫄 저전위의 전원전위 인가점간에 직렬로 접속된 복수의 저항(R1 ~ R5)과, 이 복수의 저항(R1 ~ R5)에 의해 분리된 제1 내지 제4중간전위점(V1 ~ V4),이 제 1 내지 제4중간전위점 (V1 ~V4)중 가장 고전위가 얻어지는 제1중간전위점(V1)에 접속되고, N채널 MOS트랜지스터의 게이트에서 상기 제1중간전위점 (V1) 전위를 받는 차동단(46) 및 이 차동단 (46)의 출력을 게이트에서 받는 P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자서 이용하면서, N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 출력단(49,52)을 갖춘 제1임피던스 변환회로 (AMP11), 상기 제1내지 제4중간전위점(V1 ~ V4)중 상기 제1중간전위점(V1),을 제외한 것 중에서 가장 고전위가 얻어지는 제2중간전위점(V2)에 접속되고, P채널 MOS트랜지스터의 게이트에서 상기 제2중간전위점(V2)의 전위를 받는 차동단(66) 및 이 차동단(66)의 출력을 게이트에서 받는 N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자로서 이용하면서, P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 출력단(69,72)을 갖춘 제2임피던스 변환회로(AMP12), 상기 제1내지 제4중간전위점(V1 ~ V4)중 상기 제1 및 제2중간전위점 (V1,V2)을 제외한 것 중에서 보다 고전위가 얻어지는 제3중간전위점(V3)에 접속되고, N채널 MOS트랜지스터의 게이트에서 상기 제3중간전위점(V3)의 전위를 받는 차동단(66) 및 이 차동단(66)의 출력을 게이트에서 받는 P 채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자로서 이용하면서, N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 출력단(69,72)을 갖춘 제3임피던스 변환회로(AMP13) 및, 상기 제4중간전위점(V4)에 접속되고 P채널 MOS트랜지스터의 게이트에서 상기 제4중간전위점(V4)의 전위를 받는 차동단(66) 및 이 차동단(66)의 출력을 ㅔ이트에서 받는 N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자로서 이용하면서, P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 출력단(69,72)을 갖춘 제4임피던스 변환회로(AMP14)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정구동용 전원회로.
- 고전위의 전원전위 인가점과 저전위의 전원전위 인가점간에 직렬로 접속된 복수의 저항(R1 ~ R5)과, 이 복수의 저항(R1 ~ R5)에 의해 분리된 제1내지 제4중간전위점(V1 ~ V4), 이 제1내지 제4중간전위점(V1 ~ V4)중 가장 고전위가 얻어지는 제1중간전위점(V1)에 접속되고, N채널 MOS트랜지스터의 게이트에서 상기 제1중간전위점(V1)의 전위를 받는 차동단(46) 및 이 차동단(46)의 출력을 게이트에서 받는 P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자로서 이용하면서, N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 출력단(49,52)을 갖춘 제1임피던스 변환회로(AMP11), 상기 제1내지 제4중간전위점(V1 ~ V4)중 상기 제1중간전위점(V1)을 제외한 거 ㅅ중에서 가장 고전위가 얻어지는 제2중간전위점 (V2)에 접속되고, N채널 MOS트랜지스터의 게이트에서 상기 제2중간전위점(V2)의 전위를 받는 차동단(66), 이 차동단(66)의 출력을 게이트에서 받는 P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자로서 이용하면서, N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 중간출력단(69) 및 이 중간출력단(69)의 출력을 게이트에 받는 N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자, P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 최종출력단(72)을 갖춘 제2임피던스 변환회로 (AMP12), 상기 제1내지 제4중간전위점 (V1 ~ V4)중 상기 제1 및 제2중간전위점 (V1,V2)을 제외한 것 중에서 보다 고전위가 얻어지는 제3중간전위점 (V3)에 접속되고, P채널 MOS트랜지스터의 게이트에서 상기 제3중간전위점 (V3)의 전위를 받는 차동단(66) 및 이 차동단(66)의 출력을 게이트에서 받는 N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자로서 이용하면서, P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 중간출력단(69) 및 이 중간출력단(69)의 출력을 게이트에 받는 P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자, N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 최종출력단(72)을 갖춘 제3임피던스 변환회로 (AMP13)및, 상기 제4중간전위점(V4)에 접속되고, P채널 MOS트랜지스터의 게이트에서 상기 제4중간전위점 (V4)의 전위를 받는 차동단(66) 및 이 차동단(66)의 출력을 게이트에서 받는 N채널 MOS트랜지스터를 구동용 소자로 이용하면서, P채널 MOS트랜지스터를 전류원용 소자로서 각각 이용한 출력단(69,72)을 갖춘 제4임피던스 변환회로 (AMP14)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정구동용 전원회로.
