Claims (12)
- (2회 정정) 히루딘 또는 생리학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 가용성 담체에 공유결합시킴으로써 형성된 히루딘 유도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담체가 다당류인 히루딘 유도체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 담체가 덱스트란 또는 헤파린인 히루딘 유도체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 담체가 저분자량 헤파린인 히루딘 유도체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 히루딘내의 Lys 26 및 Lys 또는 Lys 35 및 Lys 46 또는 Lys 26 및 Lys 46이 각 경우에 천연 아미노산으로 대체된 히루딘 유도체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 히루딘내의 Lys 26이 Asn으로 대체되고 Lys 35 또는 Lys 46이 Arg로 대체된 히루딘 유도체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 히루딘이 N-말단 연장되고 Lys 26, Lys 35 및 Lys 46이 다른 천연 아미노산으로 대체된 히루딘 유도체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 히루딘이 하나의 천연 아미노산에 의해 C-말단 연장된 히루딘 유도체.
- 히루딘 0℃ 내지 25℃의 온도에서 활성화된 담체와 반응시킴을 포함하는 히루딘 유도체.
- (2회 정정) 제1항에서 청구된 히루딘 유도체를 포함하는 트롬빈 억제제로서 유용한 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 담체가 폴리에틸렌글리콜(MW 1500 내지 15000dt) 또는 젤라틴 부분 가수분해물인 히루딘 유도체.
