Claims (6)
- 한 기판 내에 복수개의 셀이 배치되어 있으며 상기 셀 내부에는 다수개의 패드가 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 소자에 있어서, 인접한 셀 내부의 서로 마주보는 위치에 있는 상기 패드를 서로 연결하는 다수의 연결 라인.인접한 상기 연결 라인을 상기 셀의 경계를 중심으로 양쪽에서 서로 연결하는 다수의 단락선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자의 정전기 방지 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 연결 라인은 동일한 도체를 이용하여 개별적으로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자의 정정기 방지 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 단락선은 이웃하는 연결 라인 중 왼쪽 연결 라인의 상단부와 오른쪽 연결 라인의 하단부를 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소장의 정전기 방지 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 단락선은 이웃하는 두 연결 라인 사이에서 Z자 모양으로 연결되어 상기 두 연결 라인을 단락시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자의 정전기 방지 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 상기 연결 라인 및 다수의 상기 단락선은 다수의 부분으로 나뉘어 있으며, 인접한 상기 두 부분의 인접한 상기 연결 라인을 연결하는 단락선 연결부를 더 포함하며, 상기한 단락선 연결부는 왼쪽의 단락선으로 연결되어 연속되는 한부분의 마지막 연결 라인과, 오른쪽의 단락선으로 연결되어 연속되는 다른 부분의 처음 연결 라인을 연격하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자의 정전기 방지 회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 단락선 연결부는 두 연속되는 부분간의 간격의 절반에 이르러서 두번 90°각도로 꺽어지면서 셀의 경계선을 수직으로 가로질러 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자의 정전기 방지 회로.
