Claims (1)
- 방사상으로 돌출된 다수의 티스를 갖고, 이 티스의 내주측을 상호연결하여 회전자가 회전할 수 있는 내경부를 형성한 스테이터 코어 적층체의 외측단 각 티스 사이의 개방부를 통해 코일이 형성된 보빈을 삽입하고 이 개방부를 판으로 막아주는 구조로 이루어진 동기형 모터의 스테이터에 있어서, 상기 판은 전기적 성질이 우수한 전기강판을 적층하여 이루어진 것으로서 그 단면이 사다리꼴로 형성되어 상기 개방부에 삽입했을 경우 밖으로 빠져나갈수 없도록 구성되고; 상기 조립된 스테이터를 프레임에 압입한후 상기 판과 프레임 사이를 플라스틱 수지로 몰딩한 것을 특징으로 하는 동기형 모터의 스테이터 구조.
