Claims (3)
- 하부에 내화벽돌이나 내화재로 구축된 연소실이 설치된 연소탑과, 상기 연소실내에 설치되어 폐기가스를 분출하는 다수개의 노즐을 가지는 연소노즐조립체와, 연소노즐조립체에서 분출되는 폐기가스를 점화시키기 위한 파일로트버너를 구비한 것에 있어서, 상기 연소실의 하부에서 기류방향에 따라 정역회전하는 자동공기조절팬을 가지는 2차공기공급수단과, 상기 연소실을 구축하는 내화벽돌이나 내화재에 매설되는 냉각수관과 이 냉각수관내에 냉각수를 순환시키기 위한 냉각수공급펌프로 된 냉각수단을 구비하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 폐기가스 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소노즐조립체가 폐기가스공급관에 연결된 노즐헤더와, 상기 노즐헤더의 상부에 설치되며 상단에 혼합가스분출구가 형성되고 중단부에 1차연소공기흡입구가 형성된 노즐외통과, 상기 노즐외통내에 삽입설치되어 하단이 상기 노즐헤더에 연결되고 상단에 1차연소공기흡입구에 인접하는 1차분출구가 설치된 노즐내통으로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폐기가스 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐외통은 상기 1차연소공기흡입공이 천공된 하통과 이하통과 상기 혼합가스분출구를 연결하는 단열재로 된 상통으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 폐기가스 연소장치.
