Claims (9)
- 철 계열 재료로 된 실린더 슬리이브를 알루미늄 계열 재료로 된 실린더 배럴의 내부에 주괄하므로서 실린더 슬리이브 외표면과 실린더 내표면과의 사이에 물재킷을 형성하여서 된 습식라이너형의 실린더 블록에 있어서, 실린더 배럴에 접촉하는 실린더 슬리이브 외표면과, 물재킷내의 냉각수에 접촉하는 실린더 슬리이브의 외표면에 알루미늄 계열 재료로 된 중간층을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 블록.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더 슬리이브 외주와 중간층 사이에, 니켈 알루미늄 계열 재료로 된 제2중간층을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 블록.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2중간층을 실린더 슬리이브 외주에 실린더 배럴에 주괄하게 되는 부위에만 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 블록.
- 알루미늄 계열 재료로 된 실린더 배럴과 실린더 배럴에 주괄된 철 계열 재료로 된 실린더 슬리이브와, 적어도 실린더 슬리이브의 외주와 실린더 배럴의 접촉면에 접촉되는 중간층 등으로 된 습식라이너형임을 특징으로 하는 실린더 블록.
- 제4항에 있어서, 실린더 슬리이브 외주의 접촉면과 중간층 사이에 면성형층이 설치되었고, 면성형층은 중간층의 실린더 슬리이브에의 밀착성을 향상시키는 재료로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 블록.
- 제4항에 있어서, 중간층 실린더 블록내의 물재킷의 일부를 형성하는 실린더 슬리이브의 외주의 일부에도 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 블록.
- 제1항~제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층은 Al 80~90%, Si 4~13%, Cu 0.5~6%에 Ag, Zn, Fe, Cr, Be, Li, Mn, Ti 피스톤 조립체 Sb 원소 중의 어느 것이건 1~4 원소를 각 0.9%이하로 첨가하여된 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 블록.
- 제1항~제6항에 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외주는 중간층을 형성하기 전에 쇼트블라스트를 실시할 수 있음을 특징으로 한느 실린더 블록.
- 제8항에 있어서, 중간층은 용사함에 따라 외주에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 블록.
