PURPOSE:To keep off any large yawing in a car body as securing each driving force of driving wheels by detecting the yawing of the car body, and when this yawing is larger, making the desired value of slip control smaller than at time of small. CONSTITUTION:A slip controlling device D controls a torque regulating device C when a alip detecting device A detects a slip state of driving wheels B against a road surface, and it performs its slip control so as to cause each slip of these driving wheels B to become the specified desired value finally. This desired value is changed and set by a desired value altering device E so as to make the desired value smaller when yawing is larger than at time of small, according to size of the yawing to be detected by a yawing detecting device F. Thus any large yawing in a car body can be prevented from occurring as securing each driving force of driving wheels B so effectively.
