Output signals of the above detecting means C-E are input to slip control means F for starting, and when it is detected that the car is started on a slippery road surface, the braking force adjusting means B is controlled to apply braking force to a driving wheel according to the operating state of an acceleration D, whereby satisfactory traction can be ensured at the initial time of starting.
