添付図面は本考案の実施例を示し、第１図はア
クチユエータに対し、クリツプを挾持させる利用
状態を示した斜視図、第２図は第１図のＸ―Ｘ線
に沿つて示した断面図、第３図は第１図のＹ―Ｙ
線に沿つて示したクリツプの端面図と平型柔軟ケ
ーブルの関係を示した図、第４図は端末の導体を
一面側に於いて露出させた一方と他方の平型柔軟
ケーブルを、その導体同志を合わせてアクチユエ
ータ挾持壁に差し込まんとしている所を示した図
、第５図は一対の平型柔軟ケーブルの各端末を重
ね合わせて挾持壁上面とクリツプの間に挾み込ん
だ所を示す断面図、第６図は接触突起部分を中心
にしてみた挾持状態の拡大断面図、第７図は他の
例の断面図であり、図中１はアクチユエータ、２
は前壁、３，４は左右壁、５は挾持壁、６は下面
、７は上面、８は自由端、９は斜面、１０はロツ
ク凸部、１１はクリツプ、１２はクリツプ上面、
１３はクリツプ下面、１４ａ〜１４ｆは各々上面
のクリツプ片、１５ａ〜１５ｆは各々下面のクリ
ツプ片、１６，１７はクリツプ片を区画する為の
スリツト、１８はロツク凹部、１９は自由端、２
０は折曲部、２１は上面の各クリツプ片１４ａ〜
１４ｆの各々の裏面、２２は接触突起、２３は下
面の各クリツプ片１５ａ〜１５ｆの各々の裏面、
２４は一方の平型柔軟ケーブル、２５は他方の平
型柔軟ケーブル、２６，２７は露出された端末導
体、２８，２９は端末の他側の絶縁被覆、３０は
連結片、３１，３２は連結片、３３はプリント基
板差込みクリツプ部、３４はプリント基板、ｔは
挾持壁の厚さ、Ｓは常態に於けるクリツプ片の接
触突起２２と下面クリツプ片の裏面間の距離、Ｗ
は平型柔軟ケーブルの左右間の幅、Ｈはアクチユ
エータのロツク凸部間及びクリツプのロツク凹部
間の距離、Ｐは導体及びクリツプ片間のピツチを
各々示している。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一方の平型柔軟ケーブルと他方の平型柔軟ケー
    ブルを接続する為の電気コネクタに於いて； 互いに接続すべき一方と他方の平型柔軟ケーブ
    ル２４，２５の各端末の導体部分２６，２７を一
    面側に於いて露出させ、それら一方と他方の平型
    柔軟ケーブルの露出した端末導体２６，２７同志
    を重ね合わせた状態で、それらが位置決めされる
    挾持壁５が形成されたアクチユエータ１と、この
    アクチユエータ１の挾持壁５の自由端８側から差
    込んで、その上下面７，６に弾発的に着座し、挾
    持壁５の上面７側に挿入位置決めされた上記一対
    の平型柔軟ケーブル２４，２５の重ね合わされた
    端末を挾持壁５の上面７との間で挾持する為の少
    なくとも上下クリツプ面１２，１３を連結片３０
    で一体化した略Ｕ字状に形成されたクリツプ１１
    を有し、且つ上記上下のクリツプ面１２，１３は
    、そこに挾持されるべき平型柔軟ケーブルの各導
    体数と同じ数だけのクリツプ片１４ａ〜１４ｆ，
    １５ａ〜１５ｆに分割され、而も上面の各クリツ
    プ片１４ａ〜１４ｆの裏面２１には接触突起２２
    が形成されていることを特徴とする平型柔軟ケー
    ブルの為の電気コネクタ。
