Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用可能性〕 本発明は、遊動床又は遊動床板のための発泡合成樹脂(
フオーム材)の板から成る音又は衝撃音の緩衝用の防音
板及びその製造方法及びその方法を実施するための溶接
装置に関する。
衝撃音の緩和又は防音とは、衝撃音の通過に反抗するカ
バー、即ち覆い(D ecke)の抵抗である。
大きな粗覆いの場合の衝撃音の緩和は常に不十分である
。粗覆い(Rohdecke)において衝撃音波を改善
することは、遊動床、遊動床板又は弱弾性の床ライニン
グの形の覆いN([) eclleauflage)を
設けることによって実現される。遊動床は、粗覆いの音
波及び衝撃音波の防音を改善し、弱弾性の床′4tl覆
は音波の緩衝だけを行なう。
遊動体は、弱弾性の防音層上に配された床板から成る。
その場合、床板の下方の防音層を形成する防音材は、限
定された強度のみを示すべきである。剛性は、床と粗覆
いとの間の防音層の繰返し動的荷重の下の弾性作動能力
を特徴付ける。従って、この剛性は、動的剛性S′とし
て、単位MN/ m 3で表わされ、種々の防音材につ
いてDIN52214に従って測定される。衝撃音の改
善■M(デシベルdBで表わされる)は動的剛性に依存
する。
一般に、衝撃音の改善は、動的剛性の値の減少に伴って
上昇する。従来の石綿、ガラスファイバー、ココファイ
バー、コルクショット及びゴムショットからできている
防音板においては、作り付は状態下の板厚10〜13m
mにおいて動的剛性S′は1.9〜81 MN/m’で
あるため、セメント床を用いた場合の衝撃音の防音の改
善の目安は、15〜28dBに到達しうる。ロールによ
って予め処理した、作り付けた状態の厚みが12.9 
m mのポリスチレン−硬質フオーム材の板によっての
み13MN/m3の動的剛性が得られ、その場合、セメ
ント板による衝撃音の改善の目安は、29dB程度とな
る。これより憂い値は、従来は、フオーム材(発泡合成
樹脂)の板によっては実現できなかった。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
本発明の課題は、 (al  D I N 52214による動的剛性の値
が1−13MN/m”、好ましくは3〜8MN/m″(
DIN4109による衝撃音の改善の目安VM少くとも
30dBに相当する)であり、a))  望ましい長期
ふるまいを示し、即ち、敷設後2年してから、初期値に
対する2dBよりも大きなVMの劣化を示さず、 (C1燃焼ふるまいが82又はB1の要求を少くとも満
たし、 (dl同時に、良好な断熱能力を示すような、遊動床及
び遊動床板のためのフオーム材の音及び衝撃音の防音板
を提供することにある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明によれば、この課題は、防音板が多数の中空室を
内部に備えており、これらの中空室が1つの板縁から反
対側の板縁に向って直角又は斜めに延長しており、防音
板が、15〜25kg/m’、特に20kg/m”以下
のかさ密度をもつ可撓性の独立気泡形のフオーム材から
成り、気泡の直径が0.3 m mよりも小さく、板の
復元力を高くしたことによって解決されるや発泡性が良
好で可撓性のフオーム材となるどんな合成樹脂を使用し
てもよい。特にポリオレフィンとその共重合体が適切で
ある。詩に好ましいポリオレフィンは、ポリエチレン及
びポリプロピレン、特に、低圧ポリエチレンの群から選
ばれた網状結合していないポリエチレンである。ポリウ
レタン、ポリスチレン、スチレン共重合体、ポリ塩化ビ
ニルなどの発泡合成樹脂を使用しうる。
本発明によれば、フオーム材の中空形材を互に接着し、
そして/又は貼り合せ、必要に応じてその側部縁を異形
にすることによって得た発泡合成樹脂板(フオーム材の
板)が使用される。フオーム材の中空形材としては、フ
オーム材の絶縁管(特にがさ密度が20kg/m”より
も小さいもの)が使用される0円形の横断面を備えた通
常のフオーム材の絶縁管の代りに、他の全ての考えられ
る中空形材例えば正方形、矩形又は長楕円形の断面を備
えた管も、本発明に従って使用することができる。長楕
円形の横断面形状を備えた管が特に好ましい。
本発明に従って使用されるフオーム材の好ましい実施態
様は、各々の実施態様項に示され、第1〜30図に基づ
いて以下に説明される。
本発明によるフオーム材の板は、フオーム材の中空形材
を貼り合せ、膨潤溶接又は加熱溶接することによって製
造される。本発明の目的に特に適合した加熱溶接につい
ても以下に説明される。また、押出しによって製造され
たフオーム材の中空形材をそのまま互に溶接することも
以下に88に説明される。
第1図は、平面図でみた時は四角形のフオーム材の板1
を、斜視図によって示している。この仮は、互に横に平
行に並べて一緒に溶接された短い長さのフオーム材の管
から成り、管の上面及び下面は、リブとしての機能を担
っている。
第2図は、平面図で見た時は四角形のフオーム材の板を
斜視図によって示し、この板は、互に横に平行に並べて
一緒に溶接された長目のフォーム材の管からなっている
第3図は、互に横に平行に並べて一緒に溶接さた短い長
さのフオーム材の管の上下配置の2Nから成るフオーム
材の板を斜視図によって示している。
第4図は、上下配置の3層の管板2.2a、2bを斜視
図によって示し、そのうち上下の管板2゜2bは、第1
図による管板であり、中間の管板2aは、第2図による
管板である。
第5図は互に上下に配された2つの管板2.2aから成
るフオーム材の板を横断面図によって示している。ここ
では、左下方の管1と右上方の管1aとを余分に溶接し
たことによって、段形がさねつぎ13,133の前提条
件がっくりだされている。
第6図は互に上下に配された3つの管板2,2a、2b
から成るフオーム材の板を横断面図によって示し、管1
.1a、Ibを余分に溶接したことによって、溝11と
突起12とが形成されている。
第7図は第6図のフオーム・材の板に類似した板を示し
ているが、中間の管板2aが配設されており、この管板
は、それに所属する管の長手方向軸線がその上方又は下
方にある溶接シームを通る垂直面内に含まれるように配
置されている。この場合にも、一方の側面に溝11が、
他の側面には突起12がそれぞれ形成されている。
第8図は、両面がフオーム材の外層14が被着された1
枚の管板2から成るフオーム材の板を横断面図により示
している。
第9図は、両面に合成樹脂層をそのまま発泡させて被着
した管板2から成るフオーム材の板を横断面図により示
している。
第10図は、フオーム材の中間層16を介して外層14
が管板2に両面において結合されているフオーム材の仮
を示している。
第11図は、2枚の管板2,2aをフオーム材の中間層
16を介して互に結合したフオーム材の板を横断面図に
より示している。
第12図は、第11図に示したフオーム材の板の両面に
フオーム材の外層14を被着した被覆板を横断面図によ
り示している。
第13図は、1枚の管板2の下面にフオーム材の丸棒1
7の形状のリブを備えたフオーム材の板を横断面により
示している。丸棒17には補強用の鉄筋を配筋してもよ
い。
第14図は、第13図に示した板の管板2の上面に補助
的な外層14を被着した構成を示している。
第15図は、比較的小さなフオーム材の管17のリブを
溶接したフオーム材の板を横断面図によって示している
。この仮にもフオーム材の外層14を被着することがで
きる。
第16図に示したフオーム材の板においては、通常の管
の代りに大径の管18が距離をおいて配設されている。
これらの大径の管18は、−例に突出し、それによって
リブの機能を担っている。
この板にも同様にフオーム材の外層を被着することがで
きる。有利には、大径の管と小径の管とを交互に配し、
大径の管は板面から上方にだけでなく下方にも突出させ
てもよい。
第17図は、リブ状の突片19を下面側に備えたフオー
ム材の中空形材から成る管板を斜視図によって表わして
いる。これらのリブ状の突片は、全体としてか又は間隔
をおいて、スライス削りによって除去してもよく、この
スライス削りによる除去は、粗面状又はニップル状の載
置面が得られるように、比較的小さな間隔で行なうこと
ができる。
第18図は、長楕円形の横長の絶縁フオーム材の管から
成る管板2を横断面図によって表わしている。
第19図は、長楕円形の縦長のフオーム材の管から成る
本発明に従って特に好適な管板2を横断面図によって示
している。
第20図は、その全側面に亘って結合された四角形の管
からできている管板2を横断面図によって表わしている
第21図は、その側面の縁端によって互に結合された四
角形の管からできている管板2を横断面図によって表わ
している。
第22図は、フオーム材の中間層16によって互に結合
された第21図による2枚の管板2.2aを横断面図に
よって表わしている。互に結合されてなく仮から突出し
ている四角形の管の長手方向の側面は、リブの機能を担
っている。
第23図は、三角形の管からできている管板2を表わし
ている。有利には、この管仮2の上面には、均質な材料
又はフオーム材からできている剛性又は可撓性の補助的
な外板がある。
第24図は、重ね合せに配され互に結合された、第23
図による管板2を表わしている。有利には、これらの管
仮2は、丸形のフオーム材の管からできている第4図の
管板2,2aと同様に互に直交するように配設してもよ
い。
第25図は、均質な材料又はフオーム材の比較的剛性の
外板と、この外板に結合された波形の可撓性のフオーム
材の波板とから作られた防音板を示している。このフオ
ーム材の波板は、波形のまま押出しても、又は押出しの
直後に対応して成形してもよい、しかし対応した扁平な
可撓性のフオーム材の板を波形にすえ込みした形態で外
板に恒久的に結合してもよい。
更に、上面の外板を備えたフオーム材の波板の下面側を
、均質な材料又はフオーム材からできている剛性又は可
撓性の外板に前記のように補助的に結合してもよい。
第26図は、第25図について説明したような可撓性の
フオーム材の波板を2枚互に結合して成る防音板を示し
ている。この場合にも第25図に示したような外板を防
音板の上面に、そして好ましくは下面にも配設すること
が望ましい。更に、両方のフオーム材の波板の中間部を
、均質な材料又はフオーム材の第3の剛性の板又は可撓
性の板を介して互に結合してもよい。
第27図は、互に直交する配置において互に結合され、
必要に応じて、第26図について前述したように、上面
、下面及び中間の外板を備えることのできる、前述した
フオーム材の波板を表わしている。
なお、丸形のフオーム材の管からできている管仮につい
て以上に説明した組合せは、他の種々の中空形材及び想
像しうる他の全ての中空形材と共に作成することも可能
である。
更に防音効果を高めるには、本発明による防音板の中空
室にガラスファイバー片及び/又は他の充填材を前面的
又は部分的に充填する。中空形材の中空室の壁部だけで
なく、中空形材又はフオーム材の波板の接合によって形
成された中空室の壁部も、長繊維及び/又は短繊維で多
少とも密にカバーしてもよい。中空形材の内皮又はフオ
ーム材の波板の表面を製造中即ち発泡過程の間又はその
後に乱すことによって粗面状とすることによっても、同
様の効果が達成される。
管板の作製に用いられる中空形材の壁部に、鉛状、ショ
ット又は非常に重質の他の材料製の小球を例えば打込み
によって付与するようにしてもよい。
第28〜31図には、防音効果を更に高くする別の可能
性が示されている。
第28図は、超軽量板によって互に結合させた2枚の管
板2.28が横断面図によって示されている。超軽量板
の中空形材の中空室は、その開放側面が管板2,2aと
の結合部に向って閉ざされるように構成さている。好ま
しくは、超軽量板の中空形材の中空室は、易流動性−易
転動性の粒状物例えば珪砂によって部分的に満たされて
いる。
超軽置板自身は、例えば複数のフオーム材の管を1つの
ブロックとなるように一緒に溶接し、このブロックから
垂直に、フオーム材の管の管板の長手方向の軸線と直角
に所望の板厚でもって截断することによって作製される
第29図は、重質の材料例えば鉛製のI!III性、半
剛性又は可撓性の均質な仮の上に互に結合された管2.
2aからできている防音板を横断面図によって表わして
いる。この構成を建設現場で作成するには、管板2を粗
外板上に配置し、その上にコンクリート板を、コンクリ
ート板の上に管板2aを、それぞれ配置し、その上に床
材を注型すればよい。
第30図に、横断面図によって示した防音板には、鉛棒
又は他の重質の材料の条片が埋込まれている。この防音
板は、所望ならば、前述した多層の防音板を製造するた
めにも使用することができる。
特に、防音板を通って中空室が延長している。
防音板の縁部は、防音板と同一のフオーム材から成る形
材の材片によって封止めしてもよい、このようになるの
は、常に、防音板の中空室が易転動性の材料によって完
全にか又は部分的に充満されている場合である。その場
合に、充填材は、発泡ポリスチレンの小球又は他の発泡
合成樹脂の粒子から成っていてもよい、異形材片は、フ
オーム材の材片から成っていても、段形のひだ、ウェッ
ジ状のひだ、又は溝−突部の形状を備えていてもよい、
中空形材の溶接は、好ましくは、第31〜34図に示し
た溶接装置によって行なう。
第31図は、横に並べて配置したフオーム材の管を溶接
するために、第32図のC−D線に沿って3つの溶接装
置を備えた格子装置を切断して垂直断面図によって表わ
している。この格子装置は、実際には、10〜12本の
管が同時に1つの平面内において一緒に溶接することが
できるように、管径に従って設計されている。
第32図は、第31図のA−B線に沿って切断して示す
水平縦断面図である。
第33図は、並べて上下に配設されたフオーム材の管を
同時に溶接するための、水平配置の1つの溶接装置と垂
直配置の3つの溶接装置とを備えた格子装置を示す垂直
断面図である。
第34図は、金属片の形の電気的に発熱する加熱導体を
その上に配した間隔保持装置のウェッジ状の構成を示す
略斜視図である。
中空形状と管材との溶接と、異形縁材及び別々の管の溶
接とを行うには、熱源を包囲する熱通路を被溶接面が間
隔保持装置と共に形成するように、該熱源として役立つ
電気的に発熱する加熱導体の回りに距離をおいて、溶融
まで加熱すべき合成樹脂を間隔保持装置を経て案内する
この方法を実施するために使用するIJIは、基本的に
、熱源と、その前方に配された間隔保持装置と、溶融し
た表面を一緒に押付は圧接するための該熱源の後方に配
された押付は圧接装置とを備えている。熱源は、特にワ
イヤ又は金属片の形の、電気的に発熱する加熱導体から
成っている。このワイヤ又は金属片は、クロム−ニツケ
ル合金、クロム−ニツケルーアルミニウム合金又は鉄−
クロム−ニツケル合金から成っている。電気抵抗加熱の
ために慣用される他の全ての金属、合金又は非金属製の
加熱導体例えばシリコンカーバイド加熱導体も使用して
よい。加熱導体の加熱温度は、例えば600〜1200
℃の範囲で広汎に変動し、被溶接材の種類と被溶接樹脂
面が加熱導体の前方を通過する速度とによって定まる。
通過速度が高く、そして/又は合成樹脂が高融点の熱可
塑性合成樹脂である場合には、被溶接合成樹脂面の運動
方向に2個以上の加熱導体を配設することが時に宥和で
あり、また必要である。加熱導体の垂れ下り及びそれに
よる一様でない熱の放出をさけるためには、加熱導体を
常時即ち加熱された状態においても緊張装置によって緊
張させることが望ましい(加熱導体がワイヤ又は金属材
片から成る場合は特にそうなる)、この緊張装置(好ま
しくは給電端子としても設計される)には、好ましくは
、引張りばね又は圧縮ばねのばね力を使用する。本発明
の好ましい実施例によれば、加熱導体の付近に配された
熱電対によって給電を制御し又は調節する。
熱通路を形成するために、そして、被溶接合成樹脂面を
加熱導体と接触せずにその前方を通過するように、加熱
導体の直前に間隔保持装置が配設されている。この間隔
保持装置は、好ましくは、ウェッジ状に形成され、ウェ
ッジの前縁は、到来する被溶接材に、そしてウェッジの
後部は加熱導体に、それぞれ向けられている。ウェッジ
及び加熱導体の長さは、被溶接面の幅に従って規制され
る。ウェッジの前縁は、到来する被溶接材を損傷させな
いように、好ましくは僅かに丸形となっている。ウェッ
ジの後部は、好ましくは、凸面に形成されていると共に
、被溶接材を損傷させないように、長手方向の縁部も丸
味状になっている。しかしウェッジの後部も勿論凹面状
に形成され、その場合、側部縁も同様に丸味状とするこ
とができる。この間隔保持用のウェッジは、熱保護用の
シールドとしても役立つので、間隔保持用のウェッジに
長手方向に1以上の開口又は通路を配設することによっ
て、操作時間が長くなって間隔保持用のウェッジが強す
ぎる加熱を受ける恐れがある場合にこのウェッジに冷却
媒体を導(ようにしてもよい。
本発明の好ましい実施Li様によれば、間隔保持装置は
、1対の転子によって形成し、この場合に転子の直径及
び転子の長さは、その時々の要求に適合させる。本発明
によれば、間隔保持用の転子は、既に比較的厚み及び幅
が大きな管板2,2aを一緒に溶接する場合、又は、間
隔保持装置に対する摩擦を可及的に低く保つために本発
明による防音板に対応した均質な材料又はフオーム材の
剥片又は板又は同様の外層をラミネートする場合に使用
する。特に球軸受上を走行する間隔保持用の転子対を使
用する場合には、この転子対も冷却することが時には望
ましい、この場合には、少くとも一方の転子を中空とし
、冷却媒体がそれを貫流しうるようにする。
従って、間隔保持装置を使用すると、被溶接樹脂材料面
を熱源から成る距離のところに導き、その際に樹脂面の
表面を溶融することが可能となる。
熱源を通過した直後に、溶融した上面を、対応した装置
例えば押付は転子によって押付けて圧着する。溶接プロ
セスは冷却後に終了する。
しかし、本発明による溶接装置は、横に並べて配設する
だけでなく、そのほかに上方に重ねて配設することもで
きるので、この溶接装置によれば、フオーム材の管を横
に並べると共に上下に重ねて一緒に溶接し、従って、フ
オーム材の管からできている板又はブロックが得られる
本発明によれば、フオーム材の管の溶接は、第31〜3
4図に示した方法形態に従って行われる。
例えば鋼管からできているフレーム23(第31〜33
図参照)には、垂直配置(第31図参照)に、そして補
助的に水平配置(第33図参照)に、ウェッジ状に形成
された間隔保持装置22が配設してあり、第31.33
図にはそのウェッジの前縁が見られる。ウェッジ状の間
隔保持装置の中間の後方には、対応した加熱導体が配設
しである(第32−34図参照)、これらの加2導体は
、図示しないばね締付は装置によっていつも緊張状態に
保たれている。ウェッジ状の間隔保持装置22と側面フ
レーム部分23 (この相互の間隔は、搬送方向に幾分
減少している)との管の間隔は、溶接装置を通過した後
にフオーム材の管が広い面同士一緒に溶接されるように
好ましくは選定される。
溶融した管面上に余分な圧力を加えるために、溶接装置
の直後に、横方向に、即ち、搬送方向と直交して、1対
の転子が配設してあり、この転子対の各々の転子は、互
に対して距離をおいて配設してあり、その間にフオーム
材の管が導かれる。
第31図に示すように、複数の溶接装置が横方向に並べ
て配設しであるため、例えば20個のフオーム材の管を
同時に容易に一緒に溶接して1つの管2とすることがで
きる。これは、第33図に示した「格子状の構成」にお
いても同様であり、この構成によれば、横に並べてまた
上下に重ねて配設した管を同時に一緒に溶接することが
できる。
しかし実際上の観点からは、10〜20本のフオーム材
の管を横に並べて同時に溶接して得た管板2.2aを上
下に重ねて、第33図において垂直に配設した溶接装置
は省略して示したように溶接することができる。
しかし、本発明による防音板は、直接押出し溶接によっ
ても製造される。この連続製造方法によれば、発泡可能
な合成樹脂例えばポリエチレンを発泡剤と共に対応した
ノズルを経て押出すことによって、空気中で自由に発泡
させ、フオーム材の管を形成する。この製造方法におい
て、多数の管をノズルを横方向及び/又は上下方向に並
べて配設し、発泡(ノズルの直後において既に発生する
)中の管が互に接するように、また管が対応した配置の
転子対によって補助的に互に押付けられるようにすれば
、1回の工程で所望の防音板が得られる。発泡の際に形
成される管の外皮を必要に応じて再び溶融するための補
助的な加熱装置をノズルの出口の直後に配することによ
って溶接効果を更に高くすることができる。この加熱装
置は、電気的に加熱されるワイヤ又は金属材片でもよく
、高温の空気を送出する装置でもよい。
次に本発明を実施例によって更に詳細に説明する。
〔実施例〕
l亙i上− 内径が8mm、外径が24mm、がさ密度が19kg/
m’ の可撓性ポリエチレンフオーム材の管を一緒に溶
接して1つの管板2を作製した。
DIN52214に従って動的剛製試験を次のように行
なった。
覆い紙なし      S’=7MN/m’〃 あり 
      S’=6MN/mコl亙(+12 = 実施例1に示すように作製した2枚の管板2゜2aを、
下方の管板2が上方の管板2aの管の長手方向軸線と直
交するように、第4図に示したように溶接した。この交
差状の上下に重ねて配された管板2.2aについて、D
IN52214に従って動的剛性試験を行い、次の値を
得た。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1)防音板が内部に多数の中空室を有し、これらの中空
    室が1つの板縁から反対側の板縁に向つて直角又は斜め
    の方向に延長していることを特徴とする、遊動床及び遊
    動床板用のフオーム材の防音板。 2)中空室が1つの平面内に互に平行に延長するように
    配されたことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
    遊動床及び遊動床板用のフオーム材の防音板。 3)互に平行に延長する中空室が2以上の重なり合う平
    面内に配されたことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1又
    は第2項記載の遊動床及び遊動床用のフオーム材の防音
    板。 4)1つの平面内に互に平行に延長する中空室が1つの
    平面から次の平面にかけて互に直角に延長することを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか1項記載
    の遊動床又は遊動床板用のフオーム材の防音板。 5)中空室が管状であり、横断面形状が円形又は長楕円
    形であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜4項の
    いずれか1項記載の遊動床又は遊動床板用のフオーム材
    の防音板。 6)縁部が開放している中空室が閉止されていることを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか1項記
    載の遊動床又は遊動床板用のフオーム材の防音板。 7)管の底部に指向した側面と、必要ならば床に指向し
    た側面とをリブ状又はニツプル状としたことを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか1項記載の遊動
    床又は遊動床板用のフオーム材の防音板。 8)フアイバー片、ランダムなフアイバー混合物又はフ
    オーム材の小球を中空室中に完全にか又は部分的に満た
    したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜7項のいず
    れか1項記載の遊動床又は遊動床板用のフオーム材の防
    音板。 9)一緒に溶接するか又は貼り合せた中空形材、特にフ
    オーム材の管から成ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
    第1〜8項のいずれか1項記載の遊動床又は遊動床板用
    のフオーム材の防音板。 10)発泡合成樹脂を可撓性に、そして独立気泡形とし
    、気泡の直径を0.3mmよりも小さくし、かさ密度を
    15〜25kg/m^3とし、復元力を高くしたことを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれか1項記
    載の遊動床又は遊動床板用のフオーム材の防音板。 11)フオーム材が、ポリオレフイン特にポリエチレン
    、ポリプロピレン又はそれと他の重合可能な物質との共
    重合体から成ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜
    10項いずれか1項記載の遊動床又は遊動床板のフオー
    ム材の防音板。 12)弾性発泡中空形材、特に熱可塑性合成樹脂のフオ
    ーム材の管を連続的に偏平に溶接するために、被溶接樹
    脂面を溶融させた後に一緒に押付けることによつて、特
    許請求の範囲第1〜11項のいずれか1項記載のフオー
    ム材の防音板を製造する方法において、熱源を包囲する
    熱通路を間隔保持装置と共に、被溶接樹脂面を形成する
    ように、該間隔保持装置を介し間隔をおいて、該熱源と
    して役立つ電気的に発熱する加熱導体の回りに、溶融ま
    で加熱するべき樹脂面を案内することを特徴とする製造
    方法。 13)溶接するべきフオーム材の管を、ポリオレフイン
    特にポリエチレン特に網状結合していないポリエチレン
    から成るものとすることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    12項記載の製造方法。 14)溶接するべきフオーム材の管を、好ましくはかさ
    密度25kg/m^3特に20kg/m^3以下の弾性
    発泡低密度ポリエチレンから成るものとすることを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第12項又は第13項記載の製造
    方法。 15)電気的に発熱可能な少くとも熱源と、その前方に
    配設された各1つの間隔保持装置と、溶融した表面を一
    緒に押付けて圧接する押付け圧接装置とを有することを
    特徴とする特許請求の範囲第12〜14項のいずれか1
    項記載の製造方法を実施するための溶接装置。 16)電気的に発熱可能な熱源が、ワイヤ又は金属片の
    形の加熱導体であり、好ましくは、クロム−ニツケル合
    金、クロム−ニツケル−アルミニウム合金又は鉄−クロ
    ム−ニツケル合金から成ることを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第15項記載の溶接装置。 17)電気的に発熱可能なワイヤ又は金属片が緊張装置
    を介して常時即ち加熱下においても緊張状態に保たれる
    ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第15項又は第16項
    記載の溶接装置。 18)間隔保持装置をウエツジ状の熱保護シールドとし
    て形成したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第15〜1
    7項のいずれか1項記載の溶接装置。 19)ウエツジ状の熱保護シールドが、好ましくは1以
    上の対応した開口の形状の冷却媒体を通過させるための
    通し項を長手方向に備えたことを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第18項記載の溶接装置。
