なす軸方向接続体の一部を断面して示す正面図である。 第３図は、第１図の２個の締付体とともに２本の圧力作
動媒質ホースの接続のために使用される９０°エルボ形
の締付体の一部を断面して示す正面図である。第４図は
、Ｔ形接続部材を構成するためのＴ形接続体の一部を断
面して示す正面図である。第５ａ図は、第４図のＴ形接
続体と、第１図の締付体３個とで作成したＴ形接続部材
の正面図である。第５ｂ図は、第２図の接続体と、第１

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ′（１）ホースまたは圧力作動媒質管と接続管部との間
    に即時に着脱自在な締付継手を形成するためのユニット
    組立式部品セットであって、コレットチャック状のスリ
    ット付き締付スリーブと接続管部とを有しており、前記
    締付スリーブ間°には、ホース端部または媒質管端部が
    差し込まれ、かつ該締付スリーブ上で調節可能な締ｆｆ
    、’）ングによって締付固定されるようになっており、
    前記接続管部が、ホース端部または媒質管端部をシール
    するために用いられる０リングを備え、さらに前記ユニ
    ット組立式部品セットが、それぞれ異なる圧力媒質流動
    通路を提供し、かつ同一に成形された接続管部を有する
    複数の基礎構造部材、即ち軸方向接続体３６、エルボ型
    接続体５０および１字接続体５６とから成っており％−
    ｎ記基礎構造部材３６．５０．５６と締付スリーブ１２
    とが、別個の部品としてプラスチックから射出成形によ
    って作られており、前記基礎構造部材３６．５０．５６
    の接続管部が、前記締付スリーブ１２を係止し得る係止
    手段とＯリング４８とを有しており、当該Ｏリング４８
    が、プレス管嵌めにより、基礎構造部材３６，５０，５
    ６の段孔４６内に挿入されて、当該基礎構造部材３６，
    ５０，５６がまた組立られていない状態においても、取
    り外し不能に前記段孔内に保持されているものにおいて
    、 前記スリーブ１２の内奥段部２２において、基礎構造体
    ３６，５０．５６および当該スリーブ１２が、嵌孔１８
    の固壁によって係合した状態になった時に、接続された
    ホースまたは導管゛によって貫通され、かつその際、接
    続されたホースまたは導管の外套を、当該ホースまたは
    導管の半径方向の内側で閉鎖するようになっていること
    を特徴とするユニット組立式部品ニット。 （２）基礎構造体３６．５０．５６が、いずれも、その
    端部に、同じ形式の係止手段を備えていることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載のユニッ
    ト組立式部品セット。
