【発明の詳細な説明】
(イ)産業上の利用分野
本発明は圧縮機の吸込マフラ製造方法の改良に係り、特
に合成樹脂製の分離型吸込マフラの製造方法に関する。

従来の圧縮機の吸込マフラは、合成樹脂の成形品からな
る第1及び第2の器体に夫ψ合部を成形し、この夫々の
嵌合部をはめ合い嵌合して形成されており、該吸込マフ
ラをシリンダブロックにボルト等で固定して構成されて
いた。しかしながら、前記第1及び第2の器体をできる
限りうまくはめ合い嵌合して結合しても嵌合部を完全に
シールすることは困難であり、密閉容器内と吸込マフラ
内との微少な圧力差でオイルが嵌合部から侵入し、液圧
縮によるパルプ破損、外部冷却回路を循環して蒸発器側
に停滞し冷却不良や吸込77うの共鳴室にオイルが溜っ
て容積変化から消音特性のズレによる騒音発生等の問題
があった。

の成形品からなる第1及び第2の器体の夫々の縁部にフ
ランジ部を形成し、該フランジ部が互いに密着するよう
にポーンで押圧しつつ第1及び第2の器体な超音波溶着
により結合して合成樹脂製の分離型吸込マフラを成形す
るものである。

(ニ)発明の実施例
以下本発明を図に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。
(1)は密閉ケース(2)内に電動要素(3)と圧縮要
素(4)とからなる電動圧縮機本体(5)を収納してな
る密閉型電動圧縮機である。前記圧縮要素(4)はモー
ターケース(6)に固定ボルト(7)で固定されたシリ
ンダ(8)と、該シリンダ(8)内を往復摺動するピス
トン(9)と、前記シリンダ(8)の開口部を閉塞する
ように取付けられたバルブシート(1()、ヘッドプレ
ート0])及びこのヘッドプレートに一体形成された1
1出マフラ02とから構成される。0段は前記シリンダ
(8)内に直接連通するようにヘッドプレー1・(11
)の孔に嵌挿される連通管θ→をポリブチレンテレフタ
レート等の合成樹脂(以下PBTと略す)で一体形成し
た分離型吸込消音器である。θ唱1密閉ケース(2)に
貫通固着されると共にその開口(15a)を吸込マフラ
0→の吸入部(13a)に位置せしめた吸入管である。

(ホ)発明の効凍
本発明は上述したように、合成樹脂の成形品からなる第
1及び第2の器体の夫々の縁部にフランジ部を形成し、
該フランジ部が互いに密着するようにホーンで押圧しつ
つ第1及び第2の器体を超音波溶着により結合して分離
型吸込マフラを成形したので、前記第1及び第2の器体
を夫々の縁部が完全に気密結合されるように7ランク部
で瞬間的に結合することができ簡単な溶着作業だけで性
能良好なる分離型吸込マフラを成形なし得たものである
。

能良好なる分離型吸込マフラを成形なし得たものである
。
また、第1及び第2の器体の夫々のフランジ部の一方に
凸部、他方に凹部を形成することにより、PBT等の比
較的熱溶着しにくい合成樹脂から成形された器体の超音
波溶着によろ溶着効果をより一層向上することができる
。

- 【特許請求の範囲】 (])合成樹脂の成形品からなる第1及び第2の器体を
・夫々の縁部で接合して構成されろ分離型吸込マフラを
電動圧縮機本体に装着した圧縮機に於いて、前記第1及
び第2の器体の夫々の縁部にフランジ部を形成し、該フ

2の器体を超音波溶着により結合したことを特徴とする
