CONSTITUTION:A switching element integrated substrate 1 having an array of many switching elements on the surface and an upper glass substrate 3 having a transparent electrode 2 on the surface 2 are made to face mutually an while liquid crystal 4 is sandwiched between the both, a transfer for an electric connection between both the substrates in provided to the farthest corner part E from an injection opening 12 for injecting liquid crystal 4.
